量往往存在较大的变数,这直接影响项目的成败,因此项目质量管理就显得

尤为重要。尽管项目质量管理在一些大型工程、先进汽车制造企业的项目管

理中已经有较好的应用,也积累了一些经验,但是在国内的汽车零部件制造

业,由于起步晚、认识不够等原因,项目质量管理的水平与国外先进企业还

是有较大的差距。然而,随着我国汽车工业的不断发展,汽车工业总产值已

经占到我国国内生产总值的十分之一。汽车零部件制造业的项目质量管理水

平对我国汽车业及我国国民经济发展的影响显而易见,这就要求我们结合国

‘内汽车零部件制造业的项目管理现状,_国内汽车零部件制益业脉艰名质

量管理水平。

本文以“项目质量管理在汽车零部件产品开发项目中的应用研究”为题,

从以下方面进行阐述:一是项目质量管理的背景,包括国内外项目质量管理

的理论研究及发展情况,项目质量管理的定义、基本理论及基本原则;二是

项目质量管理的主要内容与工具;三是汽车零部件产品开发项目质量管理常

用工具与方法;四是Z公司项目质量管理的实践经验介绍;五是对项目质量

管理在我国汽车零部件产品幵发项目中的应用展望。

Research on the Application of Project Quality Management in

Automotive Components Development

Abstract

Due to characteristics of project, complexity, non-repeatability, limited

resources and time, the final quality of project is hard to be controlled. It

affects the result of the project directly. Therefore, project quality management

is particularly important. Although the project quality management has been

well used in some of big construction projects and advanced automotive

manufacturing enterprises, also some experience has been accumulated, but in

the domestic auto parts industry, due to the late development, lack of awareness

etc” the project quality management level lag far behind it in advanced foreign

companies. However, with the continuous development of domestic automobile

industry, the automotive industry has accounted for one-tenth of the total of

China's gross domestic product. The importance of project quality management

in auto parts industry to domestic automotive industry and the national economy

development in China is obvious, which requires us to improve project quality

management of the domestic auto parts industry level base on the current level.

This article is focused on research of the application of project quality

management in automotive components development. And include the following

aspects: a) Project quality management background, including theoretical

research and development, definition, basic theory and basic principles of

project quality management, b) The main content and tools of project quality

management, c) Main tools and method of project quality management in

automotive components development, d) Introduce the experience of project

quality management in company Z. e) Outlook of project quality management in

domestic auto parts industry.
