在全球贸易一体化加深的情况下,全球化市场竞争也变得更加激烈。传统的采
购管理模式已经不能适应企业的发展。供应链管理相关理论的提出给现代企业的采
购管理提供了新的思路。本文主要研究汽车零部件公司的采购管理。由于各方面成
本降低的压力,汽车公司采购管理需要优化组织结构,提高供应商的协作,降低产
品成本,以达到双方共赢的目的。

为了研究汽车欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的采购模式的优化问题,本文以BS公司为实例。在各种采购
理论的指导下,本文主要研讨 BS 公司采购模式的变化。通过介绍 BS 公司的基本状
况,从组织结构,采购流程,采购策略和供应商管理等几个方面,分析现在管理模
式的优缺点。本文还分析了优化后的采购模式,特别是在实施集中采购的同时,公
司的组织架构,流程等发生的相应变化。如:采购中心的设立,职责明朗化,供应
商窗口化,以及系统管理。通过与传统模式相比较,本文分析了新的采购模式的优
点。本文还针对新的模式的缺点,提出了一些建议,如监督制度,建立价格基准等
等。

Automotive Component Company Purchase Mode Study
----BS company as an example.
Abstract
Since Global trade integration become more and more deep, the competition in global
market will be more and more fierce. Traditional purchase management is no more suitable
for company development. The related theory about supply chain management offer new
concept for current company purchase management. This article is to study automotive
component company purchase management. Under the pressure of cost down from all
aspects, the automotive company also needs to improve their human structure, supplier
cooperation, reduce product cost to get win-win with supplier.
In order to study the improvement of automotive industry, this article is to use the BS
company for example. Regarding to purchase theory support, this article is to study the
change of purchase mode. Through the introduction for BS company basic information,
considering from structure, purchase procedure, purchase strategy and supplier
management, this article is mainly to analysis the current purchase management strengths
and weakness. This article also analysis the improved purchase mode, especially the
company organization and procedure change after central purchase achieve. For example:
purchase center build, clear responsibility, one face to supplier and systematically
management. Compared with the former mode, this article describes strengths of new
business mode. This article also offers the weakness of new purchase mode and also some
advices. For example: monitor control, built price benchmark and so on.
