摘要

企业的发展在于管理,更在于对人才的管理,人力资源是企业运营活动最频繁的

因素,是不可或缺的重要资源。人力资源被经济学家认为是第一资源,也是企业的最

重要的资产。企业怎样留住人才,尤其是核心人才,是现代企业在竞争中立于不败之

地的关键。同时,这也是长期困扰企业发展一个重要问题,几乎是我国所有现代企业

都面临的难题。特别是民营企业面临的挑战最大,核心员工留不住,工作积极性提不

上来,缺乏动力,这就直接不能让员工为企业创造更多的价值。其关键在于核心员工,

核心员工是企业的标杆和形象。因此,寻找科学的管理方法和激励体系,留住核心员

工,对企业的发展至关重要。

本研究从核心员工对企业的重要性出发,梳理前人对核心员工激励的相关研究成

果。在此基础上,以天能集团为研究对象,分析天能集团核心员工的激励现状,指出

天能集团核心员工激励中存在的主要问题,探析存在问题的主要原因。然后,根据分

析出来的结果对天能集团核心员工的激励体系进行改进,具体包括薪酬制度、绩效管

理体系、晋升机制等。并提出完善奖惩制度、增强企业文化建设、完善企业人力资源

制度、强化培训、构建天能集团的良好工作环境等核心员工激励策略的保障机制。通

过本研究,希望能够对国内企业如何进行核心员工的有效激励,及留住核心员工并为

企业创造更大的价值提供帮助。

Abstract

Is to manage the development of enterprises, but also because of the talent management,

human resources are the most active business operations factors,is an important resource

indispensable. Human resources are the primary resources are economists believe is the most

important asset of enterprises. How companies retain talent,especially the core talent is the

key to modern business in an invincible position in the competition. Meanwhile,it is also

important to develop a long-standing business issues, almost all of our modern enterprises

are facing problems. Especially private enterprises are facing the greatest challenge,unable

to retain core employees,not to mention the enthusiasm up, lack of motivation,which is

not directly allow employees to create more value for the enterprise . The key lies in the core

staff,employees are the core of the benchmark and image. Therefore, look for the scientific

management methods and incentive systems, retain key employees, is essential for the

development of enterprises.

The study from the core staff of the importance of starting businesscombing the

results of previous studies on the core staff incentives. On this basis, the days to the Group

for the study, analysis of the status quo days to motivate key employees of the Group,

pointed out that the main problem of our core staff incentive days to exist, the main reason

for the existence of the problem ExplorationThen, based on the analysis results of the day

out of the Group's incentive system can be improved key employees, specifically including

the pay system, performance management system, promotion mechanism. And made perfect

reward system, strengthen the building of enterprise culture, improve human resource system,

intensive training, build safegum*ds days to the Group's core employees a good working

environment and other incentives strategy. Through this research,hoping to domestic

enterprises how to effectively motivate key employees, and retain key employees and to

create greater value for the enterprise to help.
