摘 要
当前,我国高等教育已经从精英化教育阶段过渡到了大众化阶段,高等学校的发
展方式逐渐由从外延式扩张转变到内涵式发展道路。优化高等教育结构、创新人才培
养模式、完善高校内部管理体制、机制、全面提升高等教育质量是当前高等教育发展
的核心任务。

随着高等教育改革和发展的不断深入,高校传统管理中陈旧的教育观念、教育思
想和制度已不能适应时代的发展和个人价值实现的需要。本文旨在通过对高校传统
“科层式”管理模式的分析和研究,探求新形势下高校人本管理理念和模式,以促进
高校科学管理水平的提高,推动学校不断向前发展。

文中以高校为研究对象,首先介绍了国内高校人本管理研究的现状以及研究的主
要目的和内容;其次对高校人本管理进行了概述,引入了人本管理和高校人本管理的
概念,介绍了其理论依据、内涵、现实意义和优势;第三,通过对国内高校传统管理
的渊源、现状,以及其存在的问题和产生原因进行了深入分析,阐述了传统“科层式”
管理模式的优势和弊端;第四,进行横向比较,分析了美国、英国、日本等国外高校
的人本管理模式和措施,以寻求高校人本管理横向借鉴意义;第五,着眼于高校人本
管理中动力、压力、约束、保证和选择等机制,尝试构建人本管理模式,并具体阐述
了高校人本管理的特点,在综合分析的基础上,说明其应该采取的措施,以期解决高
校传统管理模式中存在的问题。第六,以沈阳 S 大学人本管理的实践为例进行了案例
分析;最后,作者得出结论,高校人本管理的思想更加适应新时期我国高校改革发展
的实践,更加有利于高校实现内涵式发展,能够进一步激发和调动师生的积极性,促
进高校科学、协调、可持续发展。高校管理必将实现管理双方的“双赢”,从而为经
济社会发展培养更多具有个性合格人才。

Abstract
At present, the higher education in China has been transformed from elite-oriented
to public-oriented and the way of development was gradually changed from expansion to
excavation. Optimazing the structure of higher education, renovating the mode of training,
perfecting the admistrative system and promoting the quality are the key tasks of higer
education.
With the continuous deepening of higher education reform and development, the
traditional educational ideology, thought and system can not meet the need of the time
and the realization of values. This paper aims at new ideas and mode of admistration
through the research and analysis of traditional hierarchical so that the level of scientific
adminstration can be promoted and further developed.
The research target of this paper is colleges and universities. First, this paper
analyzes the present research findings of humanistic management and the purpose and
contents of this paper. Second, this paper summarizes the humanistic management,
including its concept, theorical basis, realistic meaning and advantages. Third, it
expatiates the advatanges and disadvantages of hierarchical management through the
analyses of the origin, present state, problems and causes. Fourth, a lateral comparision is
made among America, England and Japan in terms of the mode and methods of
humanistic management in order to find the meaning of lateral reference. Fifth, Having
eyes on the movitation, pressure, limitations, guarantee and choices , this paper tries to
construct a humanistic management mode and expounds, in great detail, the features
and methods which can be used to solve the problems in colleges and universities. Six,
the humanistic management in S university is set as an example for the analysis. To
summarize, the author draws a conlcusion that a humanistic management suits the present
reform of higher education better, can promote the further development and motivate
bother students and teachers thus achieving a scientific, harmonious and sustainable
development. The administrative management of higher education will finally be a
win-win process and helps to train more talents with different potentials.
