摘要
随着我国国民经济建设的快速发展,特别是在经济全球化的推动下,世界制
造业中心正加快向中国转移,这给中国制造业的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。而
我们制造业公司在技术人才方面却准备不足,技工尤其是技能人才短缺已成为许
多公司所面临的难题。如何对技工进行管理,解决技工短缺.已是公司迫切需要解
决的问题
本文在对ABC公司技工的管理现状和问题进行深入分析的基础上,重点运用
知识管理、薪酬管理及激励等相关理论,在对ABC公司技工的管理现状进行分析
和研究的基础上,提出了对ABC公司技工进行知识管理的策略,并制定了一系列
的辅助措施,以保障知识管理的有效执行
本文共分为六章
第一章绪论。主要交代了研究背景、研究的目的及意义、研究现状、文章整
体框架、研究的主要内容、拟采取的研究方法和技术路线以及文章的创新点。本
章是全文论述的基础
第二章主要介绍本文所采用的理论基础知识
第三章主要对ABC公司技工的管理现状分析,包括ABC公司简介,技工的管
理现状以及ABC公司管理存在的问题,最后借鉴国内外的技工管理经验启示
第四章在前一章分析的基础上提出对技工进行知识管理的方法,以及如何对
技工的知识进行收集、存储和共享
第五章主要讲解了如何保障ABC公司知识管理执行的辅助措施,包括企业文
化、激励政策、培养方法和人才定位及薪酬体系改革等等
第六章是结论与展望,是对本文的一个总结
通过本文的研究,以期对正在谋求更大发展的ABC公司解决技工短缺的问
题,并为国家对技工的知识管理,以及国内相关公司尤其是制造业公司的技工知
识管理提供一定的参考

ABC's knowledge management strategy of ski I led workers
Abstract
With the rapid development of China's national economy, especially in the
promotion of economic globalization, the world's manufacturing center is to speed up
the transfer to China, which to the Chinese manufacturing industry has brought new
opportunities and challenges. Our technical talent in manufacturing enterprises is
ill-prepared, skilled workers, especially skilled personnel shortage has become a
problem faced by many businesses. How to manage for skilled workers to address the
shortage of skilled workers is an urgent need to solve business problems.
In this paper, ABC Company management status of skilled workers and issues
in-depth analysis, based on the focus of the application of knowledge management,
compensation management and related incentive theory, skilled workers in the
management of ABC Company to analyze the situation and research, based on the
proposed skilled workers on ABC's knowledge management strategy, and developed a
series of complementary measures to protect the effective implementation of
knowledge management.
This paper is divided into six chapters
The first chapter is the Introduction. Main account of the research background,
purpose and significance, research status, the overall framework of the article, the
main research, to be taken research methods and techniques as well as articles of
innovation routes. This chapter is a full discussion of the foundation.
The Second chapter introduces the basics of the theory used.
The third chapter mainly on the management of ABC Company Analysis of skilled
workers, including the ABC Company, the management status of skilled workers and
management problems in ABC, and finally learn the mechanics of management
experience in domestic and international inspiration.
The fourth chapter in the previous chapter, based on the analysis of knowledge
management for technicians, and how knowledge of the skilled workers to collect,
store and share.
Chapter V explains how the major knowledge management implementation to
protect the ABC's support measures, including corporate culture, incentives, training
methods and personnel positioning and pay system reforms, and so on.
Chapter VI Conclusion and Outlook, this chapter is a summary of this article.
Through this research, hoping for greater development of the ABC is seeking
companies to solve the problem of shortage of skilled workers, but also skilled
workers for the state of knowledge management, and related domestic enterprises,
especially manufacturing enterprise knowledge management to provide skilled
workers some reference.
