摘 要
目前，我国职业教育正处于加速发展的重要阶段，职业教育投资越来越受
到人们的重视。国务院颁布的﹝2005﹞35 号文件《国务院关于发展职业教育的
决定》，指出，职业教育政策是“以服务为宗旨，以就业为导向”，指出职业教育
应大力推行工学结合、校企合作。校企合作是联合培训学校和企业，对创新型
人才培养的人才培养模式。对于职业教育来说，培养符合社会所需要的高素质
技能型人才是校企合作的根本任务。校企合作是通过办学和企业实现学校与企
业共同发展的合作模式，通过学校和企业之间的合作可以把握企业信息和人才
需求趋势，制定培训计划，调整专业结构，改革课程体系和专业的教育标准，
所以有利于重点专业为龙头的专业队伍建设，提高职业教育的质量。通过合作，
企业可以找到自己的进一步发展空间并提供人才智力支持。在当前职业教育发
展的时代背景下，校企合作已受到越来越多的关注。如何提供良好的合作发展，
保证合作的顺利进行，这就要求我们了解职业院校与企业合作的情况，在实践
中也存在着许多问题，如何解决这些问题。

在本文中，以福建省校企投资合作研究为例，通过问卷调查和相关人员的
访谈，对我省存在的三种校企合作投资模式进行对比分析，较为全面的考察了
我省职业学校校企合作的情况。本文分为六个部分，第一部分是绪论，包括职
业教育投资提出的背景和现实必要性；第二部分是校企合作职业教育投资理论
分析，包括职业教育投资的概念、特征及理论基础，并对国外职业教育校企合
作投资机制加以研究以及为我国职业教育发展提供一些经验启示；第三部分重
点研究当前福建省职业教育合作投资情况；第四部分指出福建省职业教育投资
存在的问题及原因；第五部分提出优化福建省校企教育合作投资的对策建议；
最后一部分是结论及研究展望。希望本文的研究可以为我省职业教育校企合作
的发展提供一些参考。
