Abstract
After more than 20 years of financial industry reform,innovation,opening up the
financial sector after China's accession to the WTO,the overseas financial giant to seize
the Chinese market, Therefore, the banking sector put its own business and IT as the most
important things. The construction of information technology has brought opportunities
and challenges for IT companies serving the banking. As the company focus on the
banking industry IT services,Leyoung company, in the past ten years, how to face up
self,how to see the reality and focus on the future,and seek development in surging
wave of the market
With the continued growth of the IT investment by domestic banking sector, The
apparent growth of the domestic IT services business developed very fast. As one of the
highly information-oriented industries, information technology has already become an
integral part of the banking core competencies. Due to the rapid development of
information technology, customers' needs become more complex. It enables IT services
companies can no longer as in the past,only to meet the needs of customers by providing
products, the key for sustainable development is to develop the core competitiveness of
the IT services companies.
