Abstract
Go with the modern enterprises are depending on the IT and complexity of business,
the IT platform becoming more and more important for the operation's stability and business
innovation. So, there are more and more IT department emphasize the quality of IT
infrastructure project and looking for some standardization of IT infrastructure project to
control and manage these projects well.
This thesis is based on the design and practice of IT infrastructure project management
system of P finance group witch is the largest finance group in Chian to states how the P
group's IT department develop such effectiveness IT infrastructure project management
system according to as-is conditions. The system is effective and adequate for P group IT
infrastructure project management that based on the company's circumstances and
conditions, thus produce the capabilities to enhance the IT infrastructure project's budget
control, schedule mastering and quality ensure to face the challeges from business demands
around enterprese development strategies, internal competitiveness and IT governance.In
addition, take the “P group's IT tape storage optimization project as an instance to verifying
the project management system. This thesis is lay out the prefect merge of P group's IT
infrastructure project management experience with industry's best pratice to help the other
companies to think more about the IT infrastructure project management.
