近年来,随着汽车欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司市场竞争的加剧,企业对供应链物流提出了更高的要

求。可是制造业供应链整体的物流效率提高却是需要上下游企业协同合作来完成

的,所以物流协同管理已成为现代物流运作的重要趋势。因此,研究和评价制造

业供应链物流协同管理的绩效,具有非常重要的理论和实际意义。这能够使各节

点企业及时了解其物流协同状况,从而更好的协调物流各个环节以确保物流顺

畅。

本研究以名华公司与宝马公司合作的on site模式为研究对象,以供应链管

理理论、供应链协同管理理论、及精益生产理论为基础,分为五个部分来进行。

第一部分主要论述了研究的背景与意义,阐述了国内外供应链物流协同绩效的研

究现状,并提出本论文研究的主题。第二部分,主要对物流系统及供应链物流协

同相关理论进行了简要的分析。第三部分,介绍名华公司原有的运作模式情况。

第四部分,在理论研究的基础上,对协同管理on site模式进行了深入的研究。

第五部分,介绍on site模式的实施过程和建议。本论文是从名华公司的角度展

开对on site协同管理模式分析的,通过实例分析迸一步验证了制造业供应链协

同管理模式的客观性与可操作性,为供应链协同管理模式的应用和推广奠定了基

础。

Abstract

In recent years, with the development of automobile industry,the market

competition intensifies. People put forward higher requirements on the supply chain

logistics of manufacturing industry. While the manufacturing industry supply chain

logistics efficiency and the need to collaborate on the upstream and downstream

enterprises, collaborative logistics has become an important trend of modern logistics

operation. Therefore, the performance of collaborative supply chain logistics research

and evaluation of manufacturing industry, has a very important theoretical and

practical significance, it can make the enterprise of each node to know the situation of

logistics collaboration,better coordinate all aspects of logistics to ensure smooth

logistics.

In this study, a Chinese company in cooperation with BMW on site as the

research object, using the theory of supply chain management, supply chain

collaboration based management theory,and lean production theory, divided into five

parts to carry on the.The first part mainly discusses the research background and its

signiflcance, elaborated the performance of collaborative logistics at home and abroad,

and puts forward the subject of this paper. The second part, mainly made a brief

analysis of the logistics system and the logistics supply chain coordination theory. The

third part, introduced the operation mode of Chinese company original. The fourth

part,on the basis of theoretical research, has carried on deep research to the

cooperative management of on site model. The fifth part, introduced tiie

implementation process and suggestion of on-site model. This thesis is from the

Chinese company's point of view on the on site collaborative management mode

analysis,it proved that the manufacturing industry supply chain collaborative

management pattern of objectivity and operability, laid the foundation for the

popularization and application of supply chain collaborative management mode.
