采用理论与实证研究、定性与定量研究相结合的研究方法,对山西宏厦一建安全生产管理进行

5M1E 质量管理理论与方法对企业安全生产管理影响因素进行事故归类分析;其次,构建山西宏厦一
建安生生产管理评价指标体系,采用层次分析法对公司安全生产管理进行综合评价;最后,根据 AHP
综合评价结果得到山西宏厦一建安全生产管理存在的问题及薄弱环节,并提出了具体的整改意见,
以期提高公司安全生产管理水平,减少事故发生,并为其他公司提供借鉴。

To prevent the occurrence of coal mine accidents , improve China's coal mine production safety
situation fundamentally , we must strengthen the safety management of coal mining enterprises . In
collecting, reading , sorting a large number of domestic and foreign literature , based on modern safety
management theory, this paper is the basic theory , fully describes the current status of a Shanxi Hong Xia
Construction safety management , profound analysis of its problems in the management of production
safety , put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Found that accidents caused by
many factors , such as the human error , material failure , and the root cause is traced in the end
manage defects. Therefore , standardized enterprise security management practices , to avoid loss of
human , financial, material , and to achieve safe production is of great significance .
Theoretical and empirical research , qualitative and quantitative research combining research methods,
Shanxi Hong Xia build a comprehensive safety management system for analysis. First, the detailed
description of the status quality in Shanxi Hong Xia a construction safety management , and learn 5M1E
quality management theory and method of management of production safety factors enterprise incidents
