在市场经济浪潮的冲击下，企业越来越注重战略的执行。本文以战略执
行理论和企业文化应用理论为基础，从 GDN 公司的管理实际出发，阐述战
略执行力不足的问题，分析影响战略执行的因素，揭示公司战略与文化的紧
密关联，论证公司战略实施乏力主要由文化建设方面的问题所导致，从而有
针对性的改善文化建设工作，促使公司战略执行力的提升。

从促进战略执行的角度审视 GDN 公司文化建设工作，适时对文化现状
进行综合评估，查找存在的不足，注意避开文化建设误区，保持公司文化处
在适宜、健康的状态，助力公司战略的实施执行。企业文化的精神核心是全
体员工共同认可的价值观，以此确立文化建设的思路与原则，构建文化框架，
完善文化体系，不断深化文化建设工作，努力迈向文化建设的高级阶段。

GDN 公司文化建设的方针源于公司的战略发展规划，通过文化的建设
和管理，服务于战略的实施执行。希望通过本文的分析探讨，为公司战略执
行能力的提升提供一条新的思路。

ABSTRACT
In the tide of market economy, enterprises pay more and more attention to the
implementation of the strategy. This paper is based on the implementation of the
strategy theory and application of corporate culture theory, from the GDN company's
management practice, problems on the execution strategy, analysis of the factors
affecting the strategic implementation of the closely related, reveal company strategy
and culture, demonstrates the company strategy implementation fatigue mainly
caused by cultural construction problems, and thus to work to improve sexual culture
construction, promote the execution of company strategy.
Examine the work culture construction of GDN company from the promotion
of implementation of the strategy point of view, timely conducted a comprehensive
assessment of the cultural status quo, looking for the problems, to avoid the attention
of culture misunderstanding, keep the company culture in the appropriate, health
status, the execution implementation power company strategy. The core spirit of
enterprise culture is recognized by all the staff shared values, in order to establish the
ideas and principles of cultural construction, build cultural framework, improve the
cultural system, the deepening of cultural construction work, efforts towards the
advanced culture construction.
Strategic development planning of cultural construction of GDN company
policy stems from the company, through the construction and management culture,
implement service strategy. Hope that through the analysis of this study, provide a
new idea for company strategy to improve the executive ability.
