使得设备供应商在项目交付中十分重视项目管理的应用。通过项目管理经验的应用积
累,各设备供应商也逐步形成各自的一套通信工程项目管理的体系和方法。

研究分析,说明PPIM制定项目进度计划的原理和过程,并通过实际案例说明如何渐进
明细的制定项目进度计划和循环滚动的更新项目计划。PPIM方法对通信工程项目的进
度管理有很高的应用价值,同时它的原理和方法对其他类型项目的进度管理也有很好的
借鉴意义。
