德马格起重机械公司研发管理研究

摘 要

伴随着经济全球化的不断深化，各国为了适应日趋激烈的全球化竞争，开始加大海外Ｒ＆Ｄ
投入、合作与交流，在全球范围内组建研发网络，由Ｒ＆Ｄ驱动的技术变化与创新，已经成为促
进一个国家经济增长与福利增加的最主要来源，以Ｒ＆Ｄ国际化为特征的技术创新国际化已成为
跨国公司开展全球技术合作与创新的全新模式。

本文首先介绍了研发管理发展的历史，包括不同发展阶段的不同的特点，也对研发管理的主
要内容和研发管理的各种模式进行了介绍，并对目前国内外研发管理的现状进行了分析。

接着，本文详细阐述了德马格起重机械公司研发管理，对德马格公司研发战略和研发管理模
式进行了分析，并详细介绍了德马格公司的研发项目管理流程。

然后，本文进一步分析了德马格公司目前在研发管理存在的问题，包括研发管理模式上、研
发组织结构、供应商管理和质量控制和人员问题，并以具体案例进行上面分析的问题的阐述。

最后本文在问题分析的基础对目前存在的问题一一给出了改进方案，包括研发管理模式的改
进、项目组织结构的重新设计、建立供应商评估体系和供应链控制，以及人员激励体制的建立。

当今世界经济环境日趋多变，许多外国企业进入我国争夺市场，我国企业面临着更加残酷的

ABSTRACT

With the deepening of economic globalization, in order to adapt to the
increasingly fierce global competition, countries begin to increase overseas
R&D investment, cooperation and exchanges, and set up R & D network in
the global range. Technological change and innovation driven by R&D, has
become the main source to promote a national economic growth and welfare
increases. With the R&D internationalization characteristics, the
internationalization of technology innovation has become the new model of
Multinational Corporation and innovation.
This thesis analyzed the R&D development history firstly, introduced
the main content and different R&D Management structure, and then
introduced the current situation of R&D development at home and abroad.
Then, this thesis analyzed the R&D development of Demag Crane
Company, analyzed the R&D strategy and R&D development structure in
