近年来,中国房地产欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司以前所未有的速度迅猛发展,正是由于中国地产高
节奏的扩张发展需要,这个欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司领域的竞争最终都归结为人才的竞争,而对于人
才的吸纳、保留和发展也必须依赖于员工满意度的提升。为达到这个最终目的,
对于员工的有效激励就必不可少,那么就必须对员工的满意度进行测量,确定哪
些因素左右这员工满意度的高低,然后再有针对性地对于管理不足和需要激励的
地方进行改进以达到较高的员工满意度水平。
本文在对员工满意度进行了内涵和外延的界定后,确定了工作环境及条件、
工作本身、薪酬福利、培训及发展、内部沟通合作、上级、公司管理体制、公司
发展与未来等因素在很大程度上决定了员工对于企业的态度以及自身的满意程
度。在此基础上对SN企业原有调查问卷进行了相应调整,并在SN企业完成满意
度调查工作后,对于调查结果进行了一系列的统计分析:描述性分析、差异分析,
相关性分析、多元回归分析等。随后,根据分析结果对SN公司的管理问题进行了
剖析并找到引起这些问题的主要矛盾,并针对这些主要满意度影响和公司发展的
问题,分别提出了具有建设性的对策建议:首先,做好岗位价值分析与薪酬福利
调查,提高员工对待遇的满意度;其次,规范管理体制与管理流程,增进员工对
公司各项管理的满意感;最后,加强企业文化建设力度,提升员工在企业发展与
前景方面的满意水平。

A STUDY ON EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION
IMPROVEMENT OF SN COMPANY OF YUNNAN
ABSTRACT
In rescent years, because of the China's requirements of high-speed economic
expanding and developing, Chinese real estate industry is evolving with an
incomparable velocity. Finally,Keeping the talents is the only answer to all the
competitions in this field. And for the purpose of enhancing employee satisfaction,
every company must be good at getting, keeping and growing its staff. As we all known,
effective incentive of staff is necessary for high level of employee satisfaction,so we
must measure the value of satisfaction and make it clear that what factors impact the
level of it and we can find the poor management and key incentive aspects that should
be paid close attention to, and focus the best way to improve the degree of satisfaction.
After defining the intensive and the extensive degree of satisfaction, this paper also
determines the factors, such as: working environments and conditions, work itself,
Compensation and Benefit, training and development, communication and cooperation,
superiors, management system, enterprise development etc., which can decide the
employee's attitude to the company and their own degree of satisfaction. Next, in a way,
the author redesigned the original questionnaire of SN company and made a series of
statistical analysis, for example: descriptive analysis, variance analysis, correlation
analysis, multiple regression analysis, on the base of survey results. And then, following
studying the main contraditons which arouse the management problems, the paper gave
some constructive suggestions according to these satisfaction and development issues:
carrying out position evalutation and salary survey, standardizing the management
system and management process and focusing more energy on the enterprise cultural
construction, in order to imporove the degree of employee satisfaction on company's
remuneration, management and prospect.
