摘要
当今社会经济迅猛发展,企业之间竞争日益激烈,企业管理者越来越多地注重员工
工作状态的引导和培养,想方设法提升员工满意度,以增强企业核心竞争力。对企业来
说,不论是企业的组织目标、技术研发,还是产品的生产加工或营销策略,都要靠员工
的自觉行动来转换成企业自身发展的资本积累。然而,企业管理制度如果不健全或存在
问题,势必影响员工的直接工作感受,引起员工满意度的下降,从而导致工作效率或工
作质量大打折扣。因此,企业要在提升员工满意度上下功夫,不断优化企业外部环境和
健全企业内部管理,进而推动企业的蓬勃发展
BD食品公司作为一家食品欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的肉制品加工型企业,经过多年的发展,在企业规模、
生产工艺和技术应用等方面都已步入正轨。但近年来,随着社会经济结构的转型升级,
越来越多的大型企业开始涉猎食品欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司,带来食品欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司巨大的冲击,想要占据食品欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司
稳固的市场份额,不断满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要,承担起食品安全重于泰山的
社会使命,提升员工满意度无疑成为企业发展的核心和根本
本文以BD食品企业提高员工满意度为着力点,结合企业外部环境和内部管理等实
际情况,展开实践和理论的深入探索,通过问卷调查和交流访谈的方式进行实际调查,
通过借助文献法、访谈法、比较分析等方法进行探索性研究,选取影响员工满意度的工
作本身、工作背景、工作群体、企业管理和企业经营等多个方面分别进行数据分析,查
找出影响员工满意度的关键因素,从而针对影响因素建立有效的改进或者优化对策,有
针对性地提出改进公司员工满意度的具体做法,从根本上打破BD食品企业面临的员工
满意度不高的制约瓶颈,同时也为相关食品企业的决策部署提供一定的参考或借鉴

Abstract
Nowadays, with the rapid development of social economy and the increasingly fierce
competition between enterprises, enterprise managers are paying more and more attention to
the guidance and cultivation of employees' working status, and trying their best to improve
employee satisfaction so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. For enterprises,
whether organizational goals and technological research,or producing,processing and
marketing strategies of products, it is necessary to turn employees' voluntary actions into capital
accumulation of enterprises' own development. However, if the enterprise management system
is not sound or has problems, it is bound to affect the direct work feelings of employees and
cause the decline of employee satisfaction, thereby leading to a great reduction in work
efficiency or work quality. Therefore, enterprises should work hard to improve employee
satisfaction, constantly optimize the external environment and improve the internal
management rules,so as to promote the vigorous development of enterprises.
As a meat processing enterprise, BD food company has been on the right track in producing
process, processing technology and technology application after years of development. But in
recent years, along with the social transformation and upgrading of economic structure, more
and more large enterprises are dabbling and entering the food industry, which brings huge
impact on the food industry. To occupy the market share of the food industry solid, constantly
meet people's increasing need of a better life, shoulder the social mission of food safety,
improving employee satisfaction has become the core of enterprise development and fundament.
This study focused on the employee satisfaction improvement of the BD food enterprise,and
conducted a deep theoretical and practical exploratory research by combining the practical
situation of the external environment and internal management with the methods including
questionnaire,communication interview, literature review,comparative analysis,etc. This study
longitudinally compared the data from five aspects that affect employee satisfaction including
the work itself, background, groups, enterprise operation and management, and horizontally
