摘 要
由单体公司向集团化企业发展,是当今企业发展的一个重要趋势。如何实现
有效的人力资源管控,是集团化企业面临的重要管理课题。有效的人力资源管控
可以使有效的整合和优化配置集团的人力资源,为集团化企业的战略管控和财务
管控提供有效支持。人力资源管控涉及到集团化企业的组织架构调整、集团总部
与成员企业人力资源管理的功能定位,集团总部与成员企业的人力资源管理职责
划分,最终影响到集团化企业能否实现人力资源管理的规模效应和协同效应
本论文在深入理解国内外关于集团管控和人力资源管控理论的基础上,以宏
