摘要在影响企业发展的诸多因素中,企业信誉是其中的重要影响因素之一,企业信誉是企业存在的价值、企业的无形资产和企业文化的核心,在现代市场经济中,企业信誉的构建变得越来越重要。但是在我国,企业出现的失信现象越来越多,信誉缺失及对社会造成的危害有愈演愈烈之势,企业信誉水平普遍低下是我国企业信誉的现状,怎样促进我国企业信誉的构建和培育,成为当前中国市场经济快速发展中迫切需要解决的实际问题。影响企业信誉的因素很多,本文着重从领导力的角度对企业信誉的构建进行探讨和研究,从领导力的内涵与来源以及领导力与企业信誉之间存在的相互促进、相互制约的关系进行分析,建立领导力与企业信誉关系模型,根据灰色关联度计算的结果,表明领导力与企业信誉存在较强的关联度,通过对企业信誉构建失败和成功的案例分析,得出结论:具备领导力促进企业信誉构建,缺乏领导力致使企业信誉受损。同时,提出加强企业内部的自律建设和建立企业领导者信誉机制的基于领导力的企业信誉构建策略。企业信誉构建需要企业完善自身,加强内部信誉建设,领导力是企业内部凝聚力增强的有效措施,能形成企业信誉构建的内在基础,实现企业信誉的持续提升。关键词:领导力;企业信誉;构建策略ABSTRACTIn the many factors affecting the development of enterprises, is one of theimportant factors influencing the enterprise reputation, credibility is the enterprisevalue, enterprise intangible asset and the core of enterprise culture, in the modernmarket economy, the construction of enterprise credit is becoming more and moreimportant. But in our country, more and more enterprises phenomenon of brokenpromises, lack of credibility and the harms to the society has the potential ofintensified, enterprise credit level is generally low in our country the status quo ofenterprise credibility, how to promote the construction of enterprise credit of ourcountry and cultivate,become China's current rapid development of market economyis an urgent need to solve practical problems. There are many factors which can affectthe enterprise credit, this article emphatically from the Angle of leadership, discussesthe construction of enterprise credit and research, from the connotation of leadershipand source, leadership and enterprise prestige of mutual promotion and mutualrestriction relationship between analysis, leadership and enterprise credit relationshipmodel is set up, according to the calculation result of grey correlation degree,indicates that leadership and corporate reputation arc strong correlation, through theanalysis of enterprise credibility build failures and successes, draw the conclusion;have the leadership to promote enterprise credit construction, lack of leadership thatenterprise credibility. At the same time, put forward to strengthen the construction ofenterprise internal self-discipline and the establishment of enterprise leader,reputation mechanism based on leadership credibility constructionstrategy.Enterprise reputation building needs to improve itself, to strengthen the constructionof internal credit, leadership is an effective measure to strengthen enterprise internalcohesion, can form the inner base of enterprise credit building, to improve enterprisereputation.Key Words: leadership; Corporate reputation; Build strategy
