流程管理自泰勒的科学管理出现以后幵始萌芽,经过近百年的演进,演变成一种
新的管理思想和技术。流程管理适应于经济全球化及日益激烈的市场竞争,并在企业
界得到普遍应用,流程管理逐渐取代传统的“科层制”的职能管理,幵始被越来越多的
企业所重视。流程管理是企业生存发展的内在需求,流程管理的体系构建和完善是企业
管理领域的研究和应用的热点之一。
随着改革开发的不断深入,中国出现了大批的非标设备制造企业以满足不同类型客
户的特殊要求。与批量生产企业相比,非标设备制造企业具有单件、小批量、定制化、
设计制造周期长等特点,对流程化管理和效率提出了更高的要求。
FS公司为一家非标设备制造企业,本文笔者所在FS公司为背景,从非标制造公司
的特点出发,试图探讨并寻求一种适合于非标流程管理的通用模型,以解决此类企业管
理中出现的缺乏流程和随意性强、经验性为主的问题,提高非标设备制造企业的流程化、
规范化程度,提高运营绩效水平。
首先,本文在对流程管理的相关文献和理论进行总结的基础上,以FS公司为背景
研究了 FS公司生产经营主要流程和存在的问题。在此基础上,提出FS公司生产运营流
程化管理的原则,并构建了相应的管理体系和内容,并从企业战略高度的角度出发,提
出非标设备制造企业流程管理建设的路径和策略以及具体的措施。对相关企业流程化管
理和建设具有较重要的借鉴作用。

Abstract
Process management begins to sprout after Taylor's scientific management appears.
Through the evolution of a hundred years, it develops to a new kind of management idea and
technology. Process management adapts to economic globalization and increasingly fierce
market competition, being widely used in business circles. It gradually takes over traditional
bureaucracy functional management, beginning to be paid attention by more and more
enterprises. Process management is the inner demand of the survival and development of
enterprises. Its system construction and improvement is one of the hottest topics of
enterprises' management filed research and application.
With the deepening of reform and opening-up in China,there appear lots of non-standard
equipment manufacturing enterprises to meet kinds of customers' demands. Compared to
batch production enterprises,non-standard equipment manufacturing enterprises features,
such as single piece, small batch production, customization, long term circle and so on, puts
forward higher requirement for process management and efficiency.
The article takes the writer's company-FS non-standard equipment company as
background, starting from the features of nonstandard equipment company, trying to discuss
and find a universal model for non-standard process management, in order to solve some
problems in these kinds of enterprise management, such as lacking of process and order,
empirical, as a result, improve non-standard equipment manufacturing process,
standardization and operation performance.
First, the article on the basis on summary of process management relevant literature and
theory, taking FS enterprise as background,researches FS non-standard equipment enterprise
production main process and problems existed. On this basis, puts forward FS manufacturing
enterprise production process management principles, and constructs relevant management
system an content, then starting from enterprise strategic height, puts forward non-standard
manufacturing enterprise process management construction route and strategy and details
measures. It is important to some of enterprise process management and construction.
