本文以重庆联通公司为例,用现代企业人力资源培训与开发理论对重庆联通人
力资源培训与开发现状进行分析研究,重点对重庆联通人力资源培训的有效性和高
级主管的培训需求进行分析研究,从而针对性地提出对策及建议。全文共分为八章。
第l章为全文的绪论,主要阐述了对重庆联通人力资源培训与开发现状及对策
问题研究的背景、动机、目的、意义。
第2章为文献综述,主要对人力资源培训与开发现状研究和人力资源培训有效
性研究文献进行分析论述。在培训开发现状方面,主要从整体性、部分及个体研究
三个方面进行综述;在有效性方面主要从研究的不同角度进行分析综述。
第3章为重庆联通人力资源培训与开发现状。
第4章从企业各级领导对人力资源培训与开发的重视程度、企业人力资源培训
开发对象、培训开发内容、培训开发方法、培训计划的编制与执行情况等方面对重
庆联通培训与开发现状进行分析研究。
第5章以美国人力资源管理专家雷蒙德.A诺伊(Raymond A.Noe)建立高绩
效培训系统的六个指导性原则为依据对重庆联通培训的有效性进行分析研究。
第6章以重庆大学培养工商管理硕士的30门课程为参考,对重庆联通高级主
管的培训需求进行分析研究。
第7章在定性定量分析的基础上提出重庆联通未来人力资源培训与开发的原
则、对策及建议。
第8章为论文总结,主要阐述了作者对重庆联通人力资源培训与开发现状及对
策研究的结论。

Abstract
With the development of the high technology,the status of human resources the
main source of appraised value.More and more enterprises in china have realized that
the training and development of human resources is the key in the implement of the
strategic purpose
and raised it to a strategic height and regard it as an important way tO
gain have walked a long way to make it.At the very beginning,they increased the
investment on training and developed it blindly.Now they begin to self-examine
whether their training is effective or not and launch the researches on the status quo and
the effect and from the point of investment view,they do the work on the training and
development of human resources.The enterprises want to get the advantage of
competition must have presupposition,that is,enhancing the effect of human resources
training Can make the researches on the status quo of training and development of
hmnan resources well,giving free rein to human resources training of the enterprises of
training and development ofhuman resources during the key effect ef facing challenges.
It&39;s a big problem to harass enterprises all the time that how to research on the status
quo ofenterprises and howto train effectively.
This paper takes Chongqing Connection Corporation for an example.Using the
theory of training and development of human resources in modem enterprises to analyze
and research on the status quo of training and development of haman resources in
Chongqing Connection Corporation.The key point of this paper is to analyze and
research on the effect ofthe training ofhuman resources and the needs ofthe training of
advanced directors in Chongqing Connection Corporation.Then put forward the
countermeasures ofthe training and development.This paper is divided into 8 chapters.
The 1 st chapter is the introduction of this paper,which mainly expound tO the
status quo of training and development of human resources in Chongqing Connection
Corporation and the backgrounds,the motive,the purpose and the signification of
researches on the counter measures.
The 2nd chapter is the summarization of the literature,which mainly analyzes and
discuss on the research literature of the status quo of training and the effect of the
training and development ofhuman resources.In the aspect ofthe status quo oftraining
and development,this paper mainly summarizes from the 3 aspects of the whole,the
parts mad individual researches,while in the aspect ofeffect,it mainly summarizes from
different aspects ofresearches.
The 3rd chapter is the status quo of training and development ofhuman resources
in Chongqing Connection Corporation.
The 4th chapter analyzes and researches on the status quo of training and
development of human resources in Chongqing Connection Corporation from the
following aspects,such as the importance leaders at all the levels attached on the
training and development of human resources,the objects,the content and the way of
the training and development of human resources in enterprises,the condition of
authorizing and carrying out the training plans.
The 5th chapter analyzes and researches the effect of the training in Chongqing
Connection Corporation based on the standard that the 6 principles of the training
system of high performance tbunded by Raymond A.Noe,an American expert on the
management ofhuman resources.
The 6th chapter analyzes and researches on the training of human resources and the
needs of the training of advanced directors in Chongqing Connection Corporation based
on the standard that the 30 courses ofMBA in Chongqing University.
The 7th chapter puts forward the principles and countermeasures of the training
and development of human in Chongqing Connection Corporation in the
future on the basis ofthe analysis of determining the nature and quality.
The 8th chapter is the conclusion of this paper,which mainly expounds to the
author’S idea of researches on the status quo of training and development of human
resources in Chongqing Connection Corporation..
