基于以上背景，本文对 HK 公司软件质量的管理体系进行研究，目的是提升 HK 公
司软件质量的管理水平。总体思路紧紧围绕影响质量管理体系的因素展开分析，基于其
影响因素提出 HK 公司软件质量的管理体系模型，提出了相应的具体措施，构建了 HK
公司的软件质量的管理体系。

首先，本文系统地论述了国内外的质量管理的理论研究现状和 HK 公司质量管理体
系的现状以及存在的问题。其次，研究了软件质量管理的基础理论、体系和方法，分析
比较了 CMM/CMMI、ISO 9000 等质量管理体系标准。接着，结合 HK 公司的实际情况，
建立起一个操作性强、可执行性高的 HK 公司软件质量的管理体系模型，包括组织结构
和企业文化、过程管理、技术管理三个层次。通过组织结构和企业文化的层面来保证软
件质量的管理体系的制度化，通过软件过程管理层面保证软件质量的管理体系的规范
化，通过技术管理层面保证软件质量的管理体系的标准化，多层面多角度开展软件质量
的管理体系的构建工作。这三个层次以提高软件组织的质量管理水平为目标，共同构成
软件质量管理体系模型的三要素。最后，对质量管理体系下的 HK 公司提升软件质量对
策进行了研究，包括国家的政策推动、企业自身的管控以及通过培训来提高软件从业人
员的能力和素质。

Abstract
China's accession to the WTO,for China's software companies,is not only a challenge,but
also opportunities.The lack of awareness of quality management,the confusion of
development process and the low customer satisfaction become the bottleneck in the
development of HK.It has seriously hampered the company's development and growth.
Based on the above background, the paper researched HK's software quality
management system , in order to enhance HK's software quality management. The general
idea is analyzed the factors that affect the quality management system , and raised HK
software quality management system model according the factors affecting the company, and
proposed specific measures and builded HK company's software quality management
system.
First,this article systematically discusses the theory of international and domestic
research on quality management,and HK's quality control problems.Secondly,This article
studied the basic theory of software quality management,systems and methods,and analyzed
and compared the CMM/CMMI,ISO9000 quality standards.Then,combining the
characteristics of HK's quality management，this article established a workable，enforceable
quality management models ， including the organizational structure and corporate
culture,process management,and technology management at three levels.The organizational
structure and corporate culture is used to ensure the level of institutionalization of quality
management.Software process management level is used to ensure the standardization of
quality management.Technology management level is used to ensure the standardization
of quality management.HK carried out quality improvement activities from multi-level and
multi-angle.These three levels of the organization in order to improve software quality
management,together constitute the three elements of quality management.Finally，this article
studied the countermeasures of the HK company's quality management,including national
policy and the enterprise's own control,and software professionals through training to improve
the capacity and quality.
