Research on Employee Satisfaction Survey and Improvement Strategy of Daqing Petrochemical Company A by Gao Le Supervisor: Professor Yang Donghong Pluralistic Supervisor: Senior Engineer Zhang Yibin A Thesis Submitted to the Northeast Petroleum University In partial fulfillment of the requirement For the Professional Master of Business Administration Part-time June,2023 东北石油大学 MBA学位论文 大庆石化 A公司员工满意度调查及提升策略研究 摘要 近几年，随着“减碳”运动在全球工业体系的不断深入，全球政治经济形势趋于紧 张，在新冠肺炎疫情肆虐全球等诸多因素的影响下，全球石化产业格局正在发生许多颠 覆性的变革。大庆石化 A公司同样也面临着前所未有的压力，为了在激烈的竞争中得以 生存发展就要采取一系列的管理变革。其中，提高员工满意度以减少人员流失，从而提 升管理效率成为实现公司可持续发展的重要举措。 本论文以大庆石化 A公司为研究对象，探讨其员工满意度问题。首先，介绍研究背 景，分析研究意义，对国内外相关文献进行梳理，确定研究内容和方法，界定论文核心 概念和应用的相关理论。由此介绍大庆石化 A公司发展状况，对该公司员工构成、员工 结构以及满意度现状进行概述。在此基础上，设计调查问卷，进行满意度问卷调查，并 对调查数据进行整理。在对问卷调查结果进行分析总结的基础上，发现大庆石化 A公司 员工满意度存在一定问题，主要表现在：工作环境有待进一步提升、薪酬水平较欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司内 水平稍低、考核激励机制不完善、企业成本高、职业晋升有一定难度、培训效果有待提 升、企业文化建设有待加强等问题。基于以上存在的问题，有针对性的提出解决问题的 对策：改善工作环境、完善薪酬福利管理、重视培训晋升、完善绩效管理、完善员工关 系。希望通过以上的具体对策能够提升大庆石化 A公司员工满意度，提升大庆石化A 公司人力资源管理的水平，增强大庆石化 A公司的市场竞争力，同时，也对欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司内的同 类企业有参考借鉴的意义。 关键词：大庆石化 A公司；员工满意度；员工激励；人性假设 II 东北石油大学 MBA学位论文 Research on Employee Satisfaction Survey and Improvement Strategy of Daqing Petrochemical Company A ABSTRACT In recent years, the global petrochemical industry is undergoing many disruptive changes due to the "carbon reduction" movement in the global industrial system, global political and economic tensions, and the impact of the New Pneumonia epidemic on the world.
