Research on the Strategy of Improving the Executive Power of the Middle Level Management of A Petrochemical Company by Xu kexin Supervisor: Gong yanfenFan chunjiang Thesis Submitted to the Northeast Petroleum University In partial fulfillment of the requirement For the Professional Master of Business Administration Part-time June， 2023 东北石油大学 MBA学位论文 A石化公司中层管理者执行力提升策略研究 摘要 执行力是企业把战略、规划转化成为效益、业绩、成果的关键。相关欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司表明，影 响企业成功的种种因素之中，20%靠的是战略，60%是靠企业各层管理者的执行力，其 余是形势变化、发展机遇等不可控因素。随着研究的深入，相关学者进一步指出，中层 管理者是组织的桥梁，是企业管理者和执行者的统一，是组织信息顺畅、战略落地的重 要实践者和引领者，是一个组织执行力能否有效发挥、不断提升，最终实现管理目的的 关键所在。因此，如何提升中层管理者执行力，已经成为当下企业管理界和理论研究界 深入研究的一项热点问题。 本文通过对相关文献的整理研究，明确了研究的目的及意义，通过对执行力、中层 管理者执行力的影响因素进行充分分析，从组织、团队、个人 3个维度构建了包含12 个二级评价指标在内的评价体系。之后以中国石油天然气股份有限公司下属 A石化公司 为研究对象，通过问卷调查、访谈等手段，对该企业中层管理者执行力情况进行调查分 析，得出目前中国石油 A石化公司中层管理者执行力仍有一定提升空间的初步结论。结 合评价要素的得分分布，通过进一步的访谈和调查，经过研究分析，发现该公司在组织 机构设置、人员年龄结构、薪酬分配、制度执行和中层管理者创新意识、沟通能力等方 面存在差距不足。最终，针对发现的问题，结合企业发展战略，系统性地提出了对策和 建议。 关键词： A石化公司；中层管理者；执行力 II 东北石油大学 MBA学位论文 Research on the Strategy of Improving the Executive Power of the Middle Level Management of A Petrochemical Company ABSTRACT The key to execution is for enterprises to transform their strategies and plans into benefits, performance, and results.
