Despite its expansion, the growth rate of the market has gradually decreased over time. Real estate investment requires a large amount of capital and has a long-term investment horizon. The constantly changing economic conditions and government interventions have also led to a reduction in the profits associated with real estate investment. In this context, it becomes increasingly crucial to make accurate investment forecasts and sound investment decisions for real estate projects. This paper focuses on examining the viability of land investment and making the right investment decisions in the current real estate market. It starts by analyzing the current real estate market environment, including a macroeconomic analysis, a Taiyuan real estate market analysis, and a review of relevant government policies. The paper then delves into the specific project, providing a detailed introduction, financial income analysis, and uncertainty analysis. The project's investment decision-making is then objectively evaluated using the G1-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, along with an evaluation index system. The results of the evaluation indicate that the investment decision for the SP plot project is good overall.
