西安建筑科技大学专业学位硕士论文 寄宿制Q中学后勤管理水平评价及提升对策研究 专 业：工商管理 硕士生：王艺霖 指导教师：宋金昭 摘 要 后勤部门在学校管理和发展中扮演着重要的角色，其对保障学校基础设施的 运转及维修、维护校园安全、营造良好教育教学环境发挥着至关重要的作用。目 前对学校后勤管理研究的论文成果颇多，本文试图在梳爬整理前人成果的基础上， 结合自己工作所在的Q中学为例，对后勤管理存在的问题深入梳理探究并开展综 合评价，同时借鉴管理学的相关方法提出改进策略，以期提升Q中学后勤工作质 量、提高管理水平，为学校的稳健发展保驾护航。 首先，本文以民办寄宿制Q中学作为研究对象围绕寄宿制学校后勤管理工作 展开分析，结合Q中学发展要求和当前的管理制度，指出Q中学后勤当前管理中 存在的问题及原因。其次，通过调查问卷进行调研了解Q中学后勤现状后，构建Q 中学后勤管理水平的提升提出有效措施，使用层次分析法实现各项措施的科学管 理，结合模糊综合评价对Q中学后勤管理水平展开分析，得出各项结果。最后依 据上述的研究，根据Q中学后勤管理各项问题提出针对性的有效改善措施，帮助 学校完善制度，提高后勤精细化管理。 本文结合层次分析法和模糊综合评价，注重后勤管理综合评价体系的构建。 根据Q中学后勤管理研究中发现的问题，从五个维度实现对研究对象的客观分析， 依次为管理意识的提升，校园安保队伍综合能力的提升，学校基础设施的建设， 财务制度的完善和食堂管理水平的提升。 在对本文研究对象分析的过程中，不仅可以发现Q中学后勤管理的不足，实 现后勤管理水平和中学教育水平双提升。同时，对其他同类学校后勤管理水平的 提升也能起到重要的参考作用。 关键词：Q中学；寄宿制学校；后勤管理水平；综合评价；改进策略 西安建筑科技大学专业学位硕士论文 Study on logistics Management Level evaluation and Countermeasures of Boarding Q Middle School Specialty: Industry&Business Administration Graduate: Wang Yilin Instructor:Song Jinzhao ABSTRACT Logistics departmentplaysan importantrolein schoolmanagement and development, which plays a vital role in ensuring the operation and maintenance of school infrastructure, maintaining campus security and creating a good education and teaching environment.
