摘要
担保公司的出现,有效缓解了中小企业融资难的问题。然而,随着担保业务
的逐步开展,担保公司也无法避免地面临一些风险,其中最为突出的风险就是自
身客户群体所带来的信用风险。因此,如何有效防范担保客户群体带来的信用风
险,对促进担保公司的可持续、高质量发展具有重要意义。
本文以 QN担保公司为研究对象,按照“提出问题→分析问题→解决问题”
的研究思路,对 QN担保公司的客户信用评价方法深入分析并提出改进建议和措
施。在介绍本文的研究背景及意义、国内外的研究现状、研究内容与研究方法、
相关基础理论的基础上,本文首先对 QN担保公司客户信用评价方法的现状进行
全面描述和分析,总结出 QN担保公司现有客户信用评价方法存在评价指标不
全、评级方法不规范、评价方法主观性强等诸多问题,同时剖析问题的原因所在;
然后通过访谈法和问卷调查法对 QN担保公司客户信用评价方法的评价指标选
取范围和评分权重进行梳理,明确了对 QN担保公司客户信用评价方法进行改进
的原则和思路,并以此为基础运用层次分析法对 QN担保公司现行的客户信用评
价方法进行改进;最后,选定 X公司为例模拟应用,提出QN担保公司改进后
客户信用评价方法实施的保障措施。结论通过调查 QN担保公司现行客户信用评
价方法,以及分析影响客户信用评价方法的主要因素,得出 QN担保公司现行的
客户信用评价方法存在一定的缺陷,并运用层次分析法对 QN担保公司的客户信
用评价方法进行了改进。改进后的客户信用评价方法对 QN担保公司以及同欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司
的其他公司在进行客户信用评价方面具有重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract
The emergence of guarantee companies has effectively alleviated the financing difficulties of
small andmedium-sized enterprises. However,with thegradual development ofguarantee
business, guarantee companies can not avoid facing some risks, among which the most prominent
risk is the credit risk brought by their own customer groups. Therefore, how to prevent the credit
risk brought by the guarantee customer group is of great significance to promote the sustainable
and high quality development of the guarantee company.
This paper takes QN guarantee company as the research object, according to the research
idea of "putting forward problems→analyzing problems→solving problems", deeply analyzes the
customer credit evaluation method of QN guarantee company, and puts forward improvement
suggestions and measures. On the basis of introducing the research background and significance,
research status at home and abroad, research contents and research methods, and relevant basic
theories, this paper first comprehensively describes and analyzes the current situation of customer
credit evaluation methods of QN guarantee company, and summarizes that the existing customer
credit evaluation methods of QN guarantee companyhave incomplete evaluation indicators,
nonstandard rating methods At the same time, analyze the causes of the problems; Then it combs
the index weight of the customer credit evaluation system of QN guarantee company through the
methods of interview and questionnaire, explores the principles and ideas for the improvement of
the customer credit evaluation system of QN guarantee company, and takes this as the basis for the
improvement of the current customer credit evaluation method of QN guarantee company by
using analytic hierarchy process; Finally, X company is selected as an example to simulate the
application, and the guarantee measures for the implementation of the improved customer credit
evaluation method of QN guarantee company are put forward. Conclusion by investigating the
current customer credit evaluation methods of QN guarantee company and analyzing the main
factors affecting the customer credit evaluation methods, it is found that the current customer
credit evaluation methods of QN guarantee company have some defects, and the customer credit
evaluation methods of QN guarantee company are improved by using analytic hierarchy process,
Therefore, it has important reference significance for QN guarantee company and other companies
in the same industry in customer credit evaluation.
