F银行普惠金融业务风险管理研究


随着经济发展与国家内循环大战略的推进,支农支小、居民等普惠金融客户对资金
需求在持续增加,普惠金融业务助力于社会经济发展与融资服务发挥了重要作用,与此
同时,商业银行普惠金融业务由于信用风险不可控、贷前调查不尽责、贷中审查不到位、
贷后检查形式化等原因,普惠金融业务的不良率有上升的趋势,金融业务的风险隐患也
日渐复杂,风险管理问题不可小视。
本研究对 F银行普惠金融业务风险管理问题进行分析,全文研究基于信息不对称理
论和全面风险管理理论,综合运用问卷调查、文献研究等相关研究方法,实现以下几点
成果,阐述如下:首先,针对 F银行普惠金融客户进行翔实的分析,对其所处不同阶段
风险因素进行分析与评价,制定了 F银行普惠金融客户信用准入评价指标,从内外部不
同因素明确了风险因素的评价标准,设定了相应的风险评级指标,对普惠金融客户信用
进行评定。其次,针对普惠金融客户信用评价进行管理,明确了信用风险评估流程与要
求,细化信用风险评价的内容,针对 F银行普惠金融客户所处不同阶段、不同信用风险
隐患进行识别与评价。再次,针对普惠金融客户信用风险进行分级管理,建立相应的评
价标准,从四个不同层级对风险问题进行分级评定,针对可能发生的概率明确具体的关
注度,采取相应的防范措施。最后,分别从贷前、贷中和贷后三个阶段对 F银行普惠金
融业务全面风险管理进行设计,明确了各个阶段风险管理流程和应对策略,并从组织管
理、信息技术和人力资源三个方面提出了相应的保障措施。
本文研究得出了相关研究成果,能够有效降低普惠金融业务风险发生的概率,对 F
银行普惠金融业务的风险管理起到了积极的影响,并为同欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司其他银行的风险管理研究
提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract
Abstract
With the economic development and the advancement of the national circulation strategy,
support small, residents such as pratt&whitney financial customer demand for funds continues
to increase, pratt&whitney financial business power in social and economic development and
financing services has played an important role, at the same time, commercial Banks
pratt&whitney financial business due to uncontrollable credit risk, credit investigation, credit
review, post-loan check formal, pratt&whitney financial business has a trend of rising rate,
financial business risks is increasingly complex, risk management problems cannot be
ignored.
This study analyzes the F bank inclusive financial business risk management, based on
the information asymmetrytheory and comprehensive risk managementtheory, using
questionnaire, literature research and related research methods, realize the following results:
first, for F bank inclusive financial customers, analyze and evaluate risk factors, formulate F
bank inclusive financial customer credit access evaluation index, from the internal and
external factors, set the corresponding risk rating index, for the inclusive financial customer
credit Secondly, the credit evaluation of inclusive financial customers is managed, the credit
risk assessment process and requirements of credit risk assessment are clarified, the content of
credit risk evaluation is refined, and the credit risks are evaluated at different stages of
inclusive financial customers of F Bank Thirdly, the credit risk of inclusive financial
customers is managed at different levels, corresponding evaluation standards are established,
and risk problems are graded from four different levels, with specific attention according to
the possibleprobability,and takingcorresponding preventivemeasuresFinally, the
comprehensive risk management of F Bank's inclusive finance business was designed from
the three stages before loan, during loan and after loan, the risk management process and
response strategies of each stage were defined, and the corresponding safeguard measures
were putforward from the threeaspects of organizationalmanagement, information
technology and human resources.
This thesis obtains the relevant research results, which can effectively reduce the
probability of the risk of inclusive finance business, have a positive impact on the risk
management of F Bank inclusive finance business, and provide reference for the risk
management research of other banks in the same industry.
