摘要
供应链金融作为解决中小企业融资困难的关键途径,在我国经历了二十余
年的发展,在近些年来由于中小银行的快速发展和推动,其获得了更高水平的
发展。供应链金融对企业和上下游企业的风险和问题进行评估,将相关的信息
流、资金流以及物流信息进行有效的整合和管理,进而为供应链环节中的企业
提供完善的金融服务,如融资、结算以及资金管理等业务。因此供应链金融实
质为一种自偿性的交易融资,能够解决中下游企业的财务管理和融资问题,其
有着比较广阔的发展空间,也成为金融机构积极拓展的重要领域。虽然供应链
金融业务能够有效完善中小企业融资过程,但是对于我国来说,银行推行中小
企业供应链金融的时间并不长,其业务模式也一般借鉴大型商业银行,因而缺
乏一定的供应链金融业务风险管理意识和方法。目前,我国商业银行对于供应
链金融业务风险管理的认识比较浅显,缺乏足够的风险管理意识,相关的风险
管理措施不符合供应链金融发展的特点,导致风险增加。所以,商业银行在供
应链金融业务管理过程中,应该重视风险管理,开展有效的防范和管理,保证
供应链金融健康发展。
本文基于目前供应链金融业务风险管理的背景,对国内外相关学者的研究
成果进行综述,对供应链金融业务风险管理相关概念及理论基础进行阐述,以 T
银行为例,研究 T银行供应链金融的业务流程及风险管理现状,分析其中的主
要问题:供应链金融业务风险管理流程不完善,供应链金融业务风险管理意识
淡薄,业务平台供应链金融业务技术水平较低,供应链金融业务风险预警体系
不科学,供应链金融业务授信审批机制不健全,供应链金融业务贷后风险管理
环节薄弱,相关人员专业素质不足等。基于以上问题,给出相应的改进建议,
完善供应链风险管理体系,增强供应链风险管理意识,加强信贷风险文化建设,
提升供应链平台信息化水平,完善供应链金融业务风险预警指标体系,加强供
应链金融业务贷后管理,培养供应链金融风险管理人才,提升专业素质,推动
银行供应链金融业务管理体系进一步完善。

英文摘要
Abstract
As a key way to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs, supply chain finance has
experienced more than 20 years of development in my country. In recent years, due to
the rapid development and promotion of small and medium banks, it has achieved a
higher level of development. Supply chain finance evaluates the risks and problems of
core enterprises and upstream and downstream enterprises, and based on the
background of industrial chains and trade transactions between enterprises, effectively
integrates and manages relevant information flow, capital flow and logistics
information, and then serves as a supply chain link. Companies in China provide
comprehensive financial services, such as financing, settlement, and capital
management. Therefore, supply chain finance is essentially a self-compensated
transaction financing, which can solve the financial management and financing
problems of mid- and downstream enterprises. It has a relatively broad development
space and has become an important area for financial institutions to actively expand.
However, although the supply chain finance business can effectively improve the
financing process of small and medium-sized enterprises and provide effective support,
for my country, banks have not been implementing supply chain finance for small and
medium-sized enterprises for a long time, and their business models generally learn
from large commercial banks. Lack of certain awareness and methods of supply chain
financial business risk management. At present, many commercial banks in my country
still have a relatively simple understanding of supply chain financial business risk
management, lacking sufficient risk management awareness, and the risk management
measures adopted do not conform to the characteristics of supply chain financial
business, which often leads to increased risks. Therefore, in the process of supply chain
financial business management, commercial banks need to pay more attention to risk
management, carry out effective prevention and management, and ensure the healthy
development of supply chain finance.

Based on the current background of supply chain financial business risk
management, this article reviews the research results of relevant scholars at home and
abroad, expounds the related concepts and theoretical foundations of supply chain
financial business risk management, and analyzes T bank supply chain finance with T
Bank as an example. The current business process and risk management status of the
company, and explore the main problems in the supply chain financial business risk
management process of Bank T: the supply chain financial business risk management
process is not perfect, the supply chain financial business risk management awareness
is weak, the business platform supply chain financial business technology The level is
low, the supply chain financial business risk early warning system is unscientific, the
supply chain financial business credit approval mechanism is not sound, the supply
chain financial business post-loan risk management link is weak, and the professional
quality of relevant personnel is insufficient. Finally, based on T Bank’s supply chain
financial business risk management issues, corresponding improvement suggestions are
given to improve the supply chain risk management system, enhance the supply chain
risk management awareness, strengthen the construction of credit risk culture, improve
the information level of the supply chain platform, and improve the supply chain

financial business post-loan management, cultivate supply chain financial risk
management talents, improve professional quality, and promote the sustainable and
