摘要
互联网经济时代,数据是新的生产要素,是基础性资源和关键战略资源,构建和发展大
数据能力正成为企业实现产品和技术创新、寻求新竞争力的重要途径。在此背景下,企业绩
效的实现有赖于企业能否成功实现数字化转型,构建大数据能力,但企业对如何利用大数据
能力来真正实现绩效提升的过程的理解还不充分。同时动态环境的复杂性和多变性要求企业
提升应对环境变化的能力,保持高敏捷性和资源的灵活配置。尽管大数据能力被认为是影响
战略柔性的重要因素,但在中国情境下大数据能力对战略柔性的作用机制还没有被深入探讨,
基于战略柔性视角对大数据能力和企业绩效之间关系的探讨则更为阙如。基于此,本文构建
有关大数据能力、战略柔性、环境动态和企业绩效的关系模型,对这之间的内在作用机制进
行深入研究和探讨。
本文基于资源基础和动态能力理论,对企业的大数据能力、战略柔性、环境动态和企业
绩效间的关系进行研究。通过文献研究、问卷调查和实证分析,发放并回收有效问卷274 份,
运用 SPSS 和 AMOS 统计分析工具进行信效度检验、相关性分析和层级回归,验证研究假设。
最终得出以下主要结论:(1)大数据能力及其三维度(大数据获取整合能力、大数据深度分
析能力和大数据洞察预测能力)对企业绩效(财务绩效和非财务绩效)存在“倒 U 型”影响。
(2)大数据能力对战略柔性存在“倒 U 型”影响。(3)战略柔性在大数据能力与企业绩效的
“倒 U 型”关系中起中介作用。(4)环境动态在大数据能力与战略柔性的倒 U 型关系中起正向
调节作用,在高环境动态下,大数据能力对战略柔性的“倒 U 型”影响减弱。
本研究细化了大数据能力对企业绩效的分类讨论,明确了大数据能力和企业绩效间的非
线性关系,揭示了战略柔性在大数据能力和企业绩效间的中介作用以及环境动态对大数据能
力和战略柔性间关系的正向调节作用。研究结论对于在企业数字化转型过程中,如何构建和
管理大数据能力,将大数据能力与管理流程相结合,实现在动态环境中持续提升企业绩效具
有重要价值。

Abstract
In the era of the Internet economy, data is a new factor of production, a basic resource and a key
strategic resource. Construction and development of big data capability is becoming an issue way for
enterprise to achieve product and technological innovation and seek new competitiveness. In this
context, the realization of enterprise performance depends on whether the enterprise can successfully
realize digital transformation and build big data capabilities, but the understanding of how to use big
data capabilities to truly improve performance is not sufficient. At the same time, the complexity and
variability of dynamic environment require enterprises to improve the ability to cope with
environmental changes and maintain high agility and flexible allocation of resources. Although big
data capability is considered to be an important factor affecting strategic flexibility, the mechanism
of big data capability on strategic flexibility in the context of China has not been deeply discussed,
and the relationship between big data capability and enterprise performance from the perspective of
strategic flexibility is even less discussed. Based on this, this paper constructs the relationship model
of big data capability, strategic flexibility, environmental dynamics and enterprise performance, and
conducts in-depth research and discussion on the internal mechanism among them.
Based on resource-based and dynamic capability theory, this paper studies the relationship among
big data capability, strategic flexibility, environmental dynamics and firm performance. Through
literature research, questionnaire survey and empirical analysis, 274 valid questionnaires were issued
and collected. SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis tools were used for reliability and validity test,
correlation analysis and hierarchical regression to verify research hypotheses. The main conclusions
are as follows:(1) Big data capability and its three dimensions (big data acquisition and integration
ability, big data in-depth analysis ability and big data insight and prediction ability) have a "Converse-
U" impact on enterprise performance (financial performance and non-financial performance). (2) Big
data capability has a "Converse-U" impact on strategic flexibility. (3) Strategic flexibility plays a
mediating role in the "Converse-U" relationship between big data capability and firm performance.
(4) Environmental dynamics plays a positive moderating role in the "Converse-U" relationship
between big data capability and strategic flexibility, and the "Converse-U" impact of big data
capability on strategic flexibility is weaker under high environmental dynamics.
This study refines the classification and discussion of big data capability on firm performance,
clarifies the non-linear relationship between big data capability and firm performance, reveals the
