黑龙江大学硕士学位论文 中文摘要 为深入探讨平台生态系统内互补者的战略选择对企业绩效的影响作用，本研 究以选择多栖定制战略即入驻多个平台生态系统并提供定制化产品与服务的平台 互补者为研究对象，将平台互补者技术能力划分为技术基础能力与技术创新能力， 将平台互补者重构能力划分为资源重构能力与战略路径重构能力，并且以技术能 力和重构能力为中介变量，以环境动态性为调节变量，构建了一个有调节的中介 作用模型。本研究通过问卷调查方式向符合研究条件的平台互补型企业发放问卷， 最终得到 205份有效样本数据。经假设检验与实证分析后得出以下结论：（1）平 台互补者多栖定制战略会对企业经营绩效产生正向影响作用。（2）技术能力与重 构能力在多栖定制战略与企业经营绩效之间起到中介作用，且两中介效应没有显 著差别。（3）环境动态性正向调节多栖定制战略与企业经营绩效之间的关系，正 向调节技术能力与重构能力在多栖定制战略与企业经营绩效之间的中介效应。研 究结论为平台互补型企业维持竞争力提供了理论知识增量与应用实践启示，同时 丰富了对于平台互补者战略选择与企业能力构建的研究。 关键词：平台互补者；多栖定制战略；企业能力；经营绩效 - I - 黑龙江大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Inordertofurtherexploretheinfluenceofthestrategicchoiceofthe complementor within the platform ecosystem on enterprise performance, this study takes platform complementor who choose multi-platform customization strategy, that is, platform complementor whosettle into multiple platformecosystems and provide customized products and services as the research object, and divides the technological capabilityof platform complementorinto technologicalbasic capabilityand technological innovationcapability. Thereconstruction capabilityof theplatform complementor is divided intoresource reconstruction capability and strategic path reconstructioncapability, anda moderatedmediationmodel isconstructedwith technical capabilityand reconstructioncapabilityas themediating variablesand environmental dynamics as the moderating variables.In this study, questionnaires were issued to platform-complementary enterprises that met the research conditions through questionnaire survey, and 205 valid sample data were finally obtained.
