摘 要
改革开放40 年,我国迎来了巨大的变化,我国经济结构发生深刻变化,新
的经济时代呼唤新的发展方式来适应。我国居民第一次面临财富管理问题:如何
实现自身财富增值、保值,如何管理自己得来的财富。证券欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司传统经纪业务收
入持续下滑,传统盈利模式已经彻底走进历史。券商财富管理转型迫在眉睫,走
向实施。数字化技术不断发展,已呈现出多种技术互相融合,影响力不断提高的
发展趋势。尤其是在我国其运用最广,影响最大,它重塑了金融体系结构降低了
整个金融系统交易成本,还提高了金融服务效率,推动了金融服务适用范围,扩
大了金融科技服务人群。
本文基于国家深化改革、经济发展而导致财富结构变化,数字化技术发展背
景,结合FZ 证券公司战略定位:成为在我国证券市场有影响力、在国际市场有
竞争力的综合类券商。从FZ 证券公司服务营销现状、FZ证券公司服务营销外部
环境、欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司环境、企业内部环境等方面分析存在的问题,通过 4R、4I 等服务营
销理论使用4R 均衡矩阵模型工具,全面梳理 FZ 证券公司财富管理业务服务营
销体系,进而提出了优化建议:数据化细分客户,改进客户分级体系,全面强化
客户关系维护,打造覆盖投资全流程的智能化交互体验,人才引进与人才培养并
重,产品以客户为中心,提升客户服务体验,自下而上实现品牌建立。促进 FZ
证券公司服务营销体系改进,为证券欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司数字化服务营销转型提供了参考,有利
于提升券商服务营销水平,实现证券欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司向服务差异化竞争转变,实现我国证券
欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司财富管理业务服务水平迭代式进化。

Abstract
In the past 40 years of reform and opening up, China has ushered in tremendous
changes. China;s economic structure has undergone profound changes. The new
economic era calls for a new development mode to adapt to it. Chinese residents are
now facing the wealth management problem for the first time: how to realize the
value of their wealth, maintain value and manage their wealth.The traditional broker
business income in the securities industry has continued to decline, and traditional
profit models have already entered into history. The change in the wealth management
of the securities firm is aiming at the implementation. Digitization technology has
evolved constantly, and various technologies have already fused with each other.
They are not affected and show the development tendency. Especially in China, the
operation is the most broad, the effect is the largest, the financial system structure is
reconstructed, the transaction cost of the whole financial system is lowered, the
financial service efficiency is enhanced, the application range of the financial service
is promoted, and the people of the financial science and technology service are
expanded.
Based on the deepening of the reform and opening up of the nation, the change
of the wealth structure by the economic development, and the development
background of the digitization technology, it is connected with the strategic
positioning of the FZ securities company. It is influential in the Chinese securities
market, and it will become an integrated securities company in the international
market. This paper analyzes the present status of FZ securities digitization services
marketing, the FZ securities digitization services external environment, the industry
environment and internal environment of the firm. The 4R balanced matrix model tool
will be used through the service marketing theory such as 4R and 4I. The FZ
securities wealth management service marketing system was totally organized, and
the proposal of optimization was also submitted: improvement of data base and
customer class system and overall customer relationship maintenance. We build an

intelligent interactive experience covering all processes of investment, and focus on
the introduction of human resources. FZ securities company is a digital service
marketing system promoting the improvement of the marketing and marketing
services of the securities industry, providing examples and suggestions to the
conversion of marketing services and improving the marketing level of securities
companies. It is beneficial to realize a shift to the service differentiation competition
of the securities industry and to realize the repetitive evolution of the wealth
management service level of the Chinese securities industry.
