摘要
近年来，由于供应链金融快速、高效的特点，作为一种新兴的融资形式，受到了众多
中小企业的欢迎。供应链金融不仅为解决核心企业上下游中小企业融资难、融资贵问题提
供一条新途径，也为供应链上金融机构、核心企业、第三方物流企业带来了新的发展机会。
从供应链金融开始发展以来，物流企业就充当极其重要的角色，不仅为供应链中的企业提
供了物流和运输的服务，而且也为整个供应链提供了一个完整的仓储监管服务。随着互联
网的广泛应用，物流企业的发展也越来越快，为了提升自身的竞争力，物流企业朝着综合
性业务的方向发展。物流企业可以借助自身的物流畅通优势，运用物流业所拥有的信息流，
开展供应链金融业务，并为其上下游的中小型企业提供融资。供应链金融的发展不可避免
地会带来各种风险，因此，要使供应链金融健康、稳定地发展，就必须重视对其发展过程
中产生的风险进行防范。
本文以理论作为基础，以顺丰控股案例作为研究对象，分析了顺丰控股供应链金融业
务发展以来所面临的多元化的风险以及风险防范的各种措施，进一步剖析风险防范措施的
实施和效果体现。本文首先综述了国内外有关供应链金融风险影响因子和供应链金融风险
防范机制和效果的相关文献，分析了国内外相关的研究状况，并进一步指出了本文的创新
之处；其次，从供应链金融及其风险的概念、风险的种类等方面对供应链金融风险进行了
分析；再次，分析了顺丰控股的供应链金融发展过程和业务模式，并对顺丰的供应链金融
风险的类别及防范措施进行了分析。此外，从理论上分析了顺丰的风险防范机制，并对其
效果进行了深入的剖析，具体包括：顺丰的业务增值、顺丰的利润增长、顺丰的资金使用、
供应链整体运营效率的提高；最后得出顺丰控股发展供应链金融在稳步前进，风险防范措
施能够使供应链金融的风险在可控范围内的结论，总结出顺丰控股为其他物流企业供应链
金融风险防范的经验借鉴。

Abstract
In recent years, due to its fast and efficient characteristics, supply chain finance, as an
emerging form of financing, has been welcomed by many SMEs. On the one hand, it has
proposed a new way to solve the financing difficulties and difficulties of SMEs, and on the other
hand, it has brought new development opportunities for financial institutions, core enterprises
and third-party logistics companies. Since the beginning of the development of supply chain
finance, logistics enterprises have been playing an extremely important role, not only providing
logistics and transportation services for the enterprises in the supply chain, but also providing a
complete storage supervision service for the whole supply chain. With the widespread use of the
Internet, logistics enterprises are developing faster and faster, and in order to enhance their
competitiveness, logistics enterprises are developing in the direction of comprehensive business.
Logistics enterprises can take advantage of their own smooth logistics flow and use the
information flow possessed by the logistics industry to carry out supply chain finance business
and provide financing for small and medium-sized enterprises upstream and downstream of
them. The development of supply chain finance will inevitably bring various risks, therefore, in
order to make its healthy and stable development, we must pay attention to the prevention of its
risks.
Through theoretical and practical research, this paper analyzes various risks and preventive
measures faced by SF Holding's supply chain finance business, and further analyses the
implementation and effects of the risk prevention measures. This paper firstly reviews the
relevant domestic and international literature on the impact factors of supply chain finance risks
and the mechanisms and effects of supply chain finance risk prevention, analyses the relevant
research status at home and abroad, and further points out the innovation of this paper; secondly,
analyses the supply chain finance risks in terms of the concept of supply chain finance and its
risks, the types of risks, etc.; again, analyzes the supply chain finance development process and
business model of SF Holdings, and analyzes the supply chain finance The process and business
model of supply chain finance of SF Holdings are analyzed, and the categories of supply chain
