我国物流企业的发展大致可以分为三个阶段。首先是筹备阶段，该阶段主要是从 建国初到九十年代，我国的物流企业在此时期只有原始的仓储运输活动，不能算真正 意义上的现代物流活动。第二个阶段为起步阶段，主要是上世纪九十年代。在当时的 经济建设浪潮中，国内出现了种类繁多的物流运输企业，我国的物流欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司已经开始初 具规模。第三阶段为新世纪至今的发展阶段。我国物流企业大踏步进入发展期，主流 物流企业开始寻找新的经济增长点。 顺丰控股是我国物流运输欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司中的上市公司，作为同欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司企业中属于头部企业的 公司，其在主营业务领域中的客户数量和质量均远高于同欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司平均水平，为进一步拓 宽收入来源渠道，提高收入质量，其在近些年积极主导供应链金融的发展。目前，顺 丰控股针对不同的客户群体，开发了不同方案的供应链金融，较为明显地丰富了客户 资源。因此，本论文创新性地以顺丰控股为例，将供应链金融的发展、相关欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司的发 展，以及近些年顺丰在供应链金融这个领域的发展结合起来，并根据顺丰控股具体实 施的某供应链金融案例，对我国物流企业供应链金融模式展开研究。 另外，由于受到疫情和国际大环境等因素的影响，我国迈入以国内大循环为主体、 国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局。在新的格局之中，如何进一步激发中小微企 业在市场中的活力成为经济工作中的主要抓点。但由于中小微企业自身的特点，其发 展受到资金的严重制约。因此，对供应链金融展开研究可以一方面探索供应链金融在 缓解中小微企业融资难困局中的作用，另一方面也可以使得核心企业拓宽客户来源， 激活供应链上下游企业活力，助力整体经济发展。 同时，从整体上看，我国的供应链金融业务在近些年得到了很大程度上的发展， 越来越多的企业涉足供应链金融。从物流企业的发展历程来看，第三方物流企业在传 统供应链中主要发挥的是物料运输和仓储功能。从发展的现状来看，随着物流运输行 业的发展，一些大型物流企业开始在供应链金融中扮演核心企业的角色。所以，物流 企业可以凭借自身独特的仓储优势和运输优势，加之对上下游企业基本信息的了解情 况，积极参与供应链金融，成为供应链金融中的核心企业。 基于上述研究，本论文希望通过对顺丰控股所开展的供应链金融模式进行研究， 分析对于物流企业而言，是否应该在目前的经济环境中开展供应链金融这项业务，并 分析物流企业开展供应链金融需要注意的风险，以此来促进物流企业在新的经济格局 下发展的更加稳健，保持收入来源多样化，拓宽收入渠道，增加客户数量。 最后，由于我国的物流企业主要面向中小微企业，研究物流企业开展供应链金融 这一业务，可以分析该种模式在缓解中小微企业面临的融资难之一压力上的作用；也 可以分析采用供应链金融这一模式进行对核心企业在业务等领域的作用，并提出今后 摘要 2 为促进供应链金融发展，政府和企业等应采取的做法。 关键词：供应链金融；顺丰控股；物流企业 我国物流企业供应链金融模式研究---以顺丰控股为例 I ABSTRACT The development of my country's logistics enterprises can be roughly divided into three stages. SF-express is a listed company in my country's logistics and transportation industry. As a leading company in the industry, the number and quality of its customers in its main business areas are much higher than the industry average, in order to further broaden its income sources. Channels, improve the quality of income, it has actively led the development of supply chain finance in recent years. At present, SF-express has developed different supply chain finance solutions for different customer groups, which has significantly enriched customer resources. Therefore, this paper innovatively takes SF- express as an example, combining the development of supply chain finance, the development of related industries, and the development of SF in the field of supply chain finance in recent years, and based on the specific implementation of SF-express.
