BW 民办学校新员工离职原因及对策研究
摘要
经济新常态背景下,结合教育市场需求,我国民办教育欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司快速崛起,激烈
的竞争环境更是激励着民办教育的规范化和标准化。民办教育在快速发展壮大的
同时也面临着员工流失问题,员工流失对其危害性是不容忽视的,甚至让企业面
临倒闭的后果。频繁的员工离职问题困扰着企业前进脚步,应高度重视。
BW民办学校位于苏北地区,隶属于 BW信息教育集团。BW学校最近几年
快速发展并取得一些成就,规模扩大同时也出现员工离职问题,特别是新员工就
职不满一年的离职率很高。每年投入大量的时间、物力、财力和精力去招聘新员
工,耗费时间和成本,长此以往,员工离职严重影响学校的内在师资力量和稳定。
那么如何留住新员工,甚至把新员工发展成学校的骨干力量,是 BW学校人事部
门急需解决的问题。鉴于此,以教育欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司中 BW民办学校为研究对象,研究 BW
民办学校新员工离职问题并针对离职原因提出具体对策,有一定的现实意义。
本文以期望理论、员工满意度、Price和 Mueller模型等相关理论模型为基
础,运用文献研究、问卷调查、案例研究等方法,在全面阐述 BW民办学校及新
员工离职状况基础上,通过满意度问卷和新员工离职原因问卷调查深入剖析,重
点对新员工离职原因进行分析,包含薪酬因素分析、职业发展因素分析、工作环
境因素分析,针对离职因素并相应的从薪酬管理制度、育人留人体系、人文关怀、
人才队伍建设等方面给出解决对策,从而保障 BW民办学校的健康发展,同时也
为教育欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司内民办学校新员工离职问题提供一些研究思路和经验。

BW 民办学校新员工离职原因及对策研究
ABSTRACT
In the context of the new normal of economy, voluntary education industry in
China is rising rapidly in combination with the demand of the education market. The
fierce competition environment is encouraging the standardization and standardization
of private education. With the rapid development and expansion of voluntary education,
it is also faced with the problem of staff turnover, which can not be ignored, and even
make enterprises face the consequences of bankruptcy. Frequent employee dimission
troubles the pace of the enterprise, which should be taken seriously.
BW voluntary school is located in the north of Jiangsu province and belongs to
BW Information Education Group. The school has grown rapidly and achieved some
success in recent years, but as it has expanded, there has been a problem of staff turnover,
especially the high turnover rate of new employees within a year. Every year, a large
amount of time, material resources, financial resources and energy are invested to
recruit new employees, which costs time and cost. If things go on like this, employee
turnover will seriously affect the internal faculty strength and school stability of the
enterprise. So how to retain new staffs, and even develop new staffs into the backbone
of the enterprise, is the personnel department of BW voluntary school urgently need to
solve the problem. In view of this, take BW voluntary school in the education and
training industry as the research object, analyze and study the resignation problem of
its new employees and put forward corresponding countermeasures, which has certain
practical significance.
Based on the expectation theory, employee satisfaction, price and Mueller model
and other related theoretical models, Literature research, questionnaire survey, case
study and other methods were used, gives a comprehensive description of the new staff
this turnover in BW voluntary school and the impact of new employees' turnover on the
company, and analyzes the reasons of new employees' turnover through questionnaire
survey, It includes salary factor analysis, career development factor analysis and
working environment factor analysis. Aiming at the factors of resignation, it puts
forward corresponding solutions from salary management system, education and
retention system, humanistic care, talent team construction, so as to ensure the healthy
development of the enterprise, At the same time, it also provides some research ideas
and experience for the new employee turnover in the education and training industry.
