员工职业发展通道不仅是员工密切关注的重点,同时也在现代企业的改革与升级
中扮演了越来越重要的角色,是企业组织目标和员工个人价值实现的有效途径。国家
电网公司属于垄断性质的中央企业,虽然近年来在人力资源管理方面进行了大幅度的
改革,但是一些传统的人力资源问题仍然没有得到解决,严重的影响了企业的经营效
率。同时,随着电力市场的逐步放开,国家电网公司的垄断地位也受到了挑战,自身
的改革与创新已经刻不容缓。在当前的内外部环境形势下,国家电网公司必须改变以
往的人力资源管理方法,而员工职业发展通道便是其中重要的一环。
因此,本文针对国家电网公司的员工职业发展通道问题进行了研究,选取地市级
电力公司 T公司作为研究对象,通过理论分析和实际调研,研究总结并设计了适用于
T公司的员工职业发展网状通道模式,打通了专业技术、技能和管理人才的通道壁垒,
实现了多通道贯通。首先,介绍了与职业生涯相关的一些学者观点,阐述了几种常用
的职业发展模式,归纳总结职业发展理论的国内外研究成果;其次,以 T公司为视角,
对其人力资源基本情况、员工职业发展通道状况进行了深入的调研,总结T公司职业
发展通道存在的种种问题;再次,设计了适用于 T公司的员工职业发展通道,包括员
工职业通道建设的原则、网状职业发展通道方案、岗位分析、岗位评价、岗位能力要
求、纵向岗位晋升、横向岗位转换等;然后,从实施途径、保障措施等方面对T公司
员工职业发展通道的实施进行了详细规划;最后,对全文进行总结和展望。本文设计
的T电力公司员工职业发展通道,使各类型人才有了更高、更广阔的发展空间,极大
地激励广大员工的工作积极性,有利于培养服务于能源互联网企业建设的复合型人
才,对国家电网公司自身的改革与创新,对于其它电力企业具有较好的参考价值。

ABSTRACT
Employee career development channel is not only the focus of employees' close
attention, but also plays a more and more important role in the reform and upgrading of
modern enterprises. It is an effective way to realize enterprise organizational goals and
employees' personal values. State Grid Corporation of China is a monopoly central
enterprise. Although it has carried out substantial reform in human resource management in
recent years, some traditional human resource problems have not been solved, which has
seriously affected the operation efficiency of the enterprise. At the same time, with the
gradual liberalization of the power market, the monopoly position of the State Grid
Corporation of China has also been challenged, and its own reform and innovation is urgent.
Under the current internal and external environmental situation, the State Grid Corporation
of China must change the previous human resource management methods, and the
employee career development channel is an important part.
Therefore, this paper studies the employee career development channel of State Grid
Corporation of China, selects T company, a prefecture level power company, as the research
object, studies, summarizes and designs the network channel mode for employee career
development of T company through theoretical analysis and practical investigation, and
breaks through the channel barriers of professional technology, skills and management
talents, Multi channel connection is realized. Firstly, it introduces some scholars' views
related to career, expounds several common career development models, and summarizes
the research results of career development theory at home and abroad; Secondly, from the
perspective of T company, this paper makes an in-depth investigation on its basic situation
of human resources and employees' career development channel, and summarizes various
problems existing in T company's career development channel; Thirdly, it designs the
employee career development channel suitable for T company, including the principle of
employee career channel construction, network career development channel scheme, post
analysis, post evaluation, post ability requirements, vertical post promotion, horizontal post
conversion and so on; Then, it makes a detailed plan for the implementation of T company's
employee career development channel from the aspects of implementation approaches and
safeguard measures; Finally, the full text is summarized and prospected. The employee
career development channel of t power company designed in this paper provides a higher
