摘要
随着人类社会的发展,科学技术水平也日渐提高,其对社会生产生活的影响
和支撑作用也愈加明显。在科学技术的应用层面,科技型公司发挥着不可替代的
重要作用,同时也是当前社会经济领域的重要力量。从科学技术发展的历程和轨
迹来看,人的因素发挥着基础性的支撑作用,特别是对科技公司而言,人力资源
是公司发展的重要要素,是市场竞争力构建的必要基础。但在激烈的市场环境下,
科技型企业在成长过程中遇到员工老龄化、人才流失严重、员工素质不能满足企
业成长需求等问题,这些问题的出现对科技型企业员工培训工作提出了更高更严
格的要求,其能否长远发展的关键就是做好员工培训。因此,在未来的发展和市
场竞争中,必须注重员工的管理和队伍建设,强化员工的教育和培训,为公司发
展营造强大的内生性动力。
本文采取文献法、调查问卷和实地调查方法,通过对 S网络科技有限公司员
工培训现状调研,挖掘其存在的问题及原因,针对员工实际需求和公司战略要求,
对员工培训体系进行优化改进,并提出具体的实施策略和保障措施。通过研究得
出以下结论:
首先,通过对 S网络科技有限公司培训体系现状调研,挖掘出其存在的问题
包括:培训需求调研不够深入和科学、培训缺乏计划性、培训的组织实施不到位
和培训效果评估流于形式。并对造成上述问题的深层原因进行了进一步的剖析,
认为主要原因是,公司没有建立起科学完善的培训规划,对员工培训的重要性缺
乏足够的认知,培训相关制度不完善和员工培训工作缺乏专业化。其次,以公司
未来发展战略为指导,从员工培训需求调研、员工培训计划制定、员工培训的组
织实施和员工培训效果评估方面对员工培训体系进行优化。最后,结合公司的实
际情况,提出了上述培训体系得以有效实施的保障措施,主要包括提升公司人力
资源管理水平,提高在现代市场化背景下的竞争力和适应力,为公司的长期发展
提供坚强后盾。
