供应链金融支持传统产业转型升级研究——以江西省赣州市南康区家具产业为例

要
改革开放以来，我国产业的由弱而强、发展升级可以说是高歌猛进、一日千里，在
整个过程中，金融对产业转型升级各个阶段的支持都起到了重要作用，这种作用在今天
愈发突显。在新时代，企业转型升级实现高质量发展所需的资金支持累积和技术创新升
级，对金融的需求日益增进，以引导相关生产要素发生合意流动和配置，淘汰落后产能，
向帕累托最优状态发展。相对于国外完善的金融系统和市场经济体系，我国的企业融资
市场环境尚不优越，金融市场机制仍不完善，产业转型升级过程中依然面临十分突出的
融资矛盾，这些矛盾尤其体现在传统产业转型升级的“关口”上，企业得到的金融支持效
率低下。
本文将理论研究和案例分析相结合，对供应链金融支持南康家具产业转型升级的实
践进行梳理，进而探讨供应链金融支持传统产业转型升级的政策建议。本文首先从理论
研究展开，对供应链金融理论、产业生命周期理论和产业转型升级理论的概念、国内外
研究情况进行整理、分析，为后文的论述夯实理论基础。接下来，对中国家具产业转型
升级的原因、问题进行了分析，对供应链金融支持中国家具产业转型升级的现状、问题、
优势和路径等背景进行了详细分析。然后通过广泛的调查研究，对供应链金融支持南康
家具产业转型升级的主要做法、取得成效和存在问题进行了分析。最后结合案例的启示，
就供应链金融支持南康家具产业乃至整个传统产业转型升级提出了政策建议。
本文主要研究启示有：一是不同产业的供应链生产组织形式具有较大差别，产业和
企业的发展环境处于日新月异的变化之中，供应链金融服务商应该全面掌握服务产业的
整体情况、发展前景，深入了解产业上中下游企业特征和需求，提供专业化产品和服务
设计。二是随着供应链金融的深入发展，数字化、智能化、专业化发展趋势愈发明显，
对金融科技在供应链风险防控体系、供应链业务管理效率的提升、产品创新等方面的依
赖与日俱增。三是现阶段围绕家具产业乃至整个传统产业的供应链金融服务大多停留在
资金融通的层面，未将供应链金融的效能最大化发挥，应该进一步提升参与主体和服务
内容的多元化水平。
通过上述研究，提出优化供应链金融支持南康家具产业转型升级，可以从规范企业、
丰富产品、融合信用等方面着手，破解阻碍供应链金融业务开展的问题和短板；促进供
应链金融支持传统产业转型升级发展，需要产业链参与各方共同努力，从监管、激励、
风控和创新等维度出发，增强供应链金融发展的后劲。
本文区别于以往供应链金融大多聚焦信贷风险防范、企业融资需求、融资模式创新
等方面开展研究的现状，创新尝试将供应链金融理论聚焦到具体的传统家具产业转型升
级上，为金融支持传统产业转型升级研究带来新思路，以期提供政策参考和路径借鉴。

Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, China' s industry from weak to strong, development
and upgrading can be said advance triumphantly and developing at a tremendous pace. In the
whole process, finance has played an important role in supporting the various stages of
industrial transformation and upgrading, increasingly prominent today. In the new era, the
accumulation of financial support and technological innovation upgrading required for the
transformation and upgrading of enterprises to achieve high-quality development are
increasing the demand for finance to guide the flow and allocation of relevant production
factors, eliminate backward production capacity and develop to the Pareto optimal state.
Compared with the perfect financial system and market economy system abroad, China 's
enterprise financing market environment is not superior, the financial market mechanism is
still not perfect, and the process of industrial transformation and upgrading is still faced with
very prominent financing contradictions, which are especially reflected in the critical period
of transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.
This thesis combines theoretical research and case analysis to sort out the practice of
supply chain finance in supporting the transformation and upgrading of Nankang furniture
industry, and then discusses the policy recommendations of supply chain finance in
supporting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries. Firstly, this thesis starts
from the theoretical research, sorting out and analyzing the concept of supply chain finance
theory, industrial life cycle theory and industrial transformation and upgrading theory,
domestic and foreign research situation, laying a solid theoretical foundation for the later
discussion. Next, the reasons and problems of the transformation and upgrading of China ' s
furniture industry are analyzed, and the background of supply chain finance supporting the
transformation and upgrading of China ' s furniture industry is analyzed in detail. Then,
through extensive research, the main practices, achievements and problems of supply chain
finance in supporting the transformation and upgrading of Nankang furniture industry are
analyzed. Finally, combined with the enlightenment of the case, this thesis puts forward
policy suggestions on the supply chain finance supporting the transformation and upgrading
of Nankang furniture industry and even the entire traditional industry.
The main research implications of this thesis are as follows. First, the supply chain
production organization forms of different industries are quite different, and the development
environment of industries and enterprises is changing with each passing day. Supply chain
finance providers should fully grasp the overall situation and development prospects of the
