摘要
“大众创业、万众创新”是李克强总理在2014年的夏天达沃斯论坛的重要
讲话，重点提出了在中国九百六十万平方千米的土地上发起“大众创业”和“草
根创业”，形成以“万众创新”、“人人创新”的新趋势。而且在第一次世界互
联网会议上，国务院常务会议及2015年的政府工作报告对此关键词做出重点强
调，希望以此激发国内民众的创业精神和创新能力。
创业创新，除了企业家和创业团队的努力外，一定会有风险投资，风险资本
也称为风险投资，目的是促进资本与企业家之间的良性互动，因为企业家获得资
本投资可以让自己的业务得到帮助，可以更快、更系统的发展；除了关注项目的
预期风险和潜在利益外，企业家的个人素质和创业团队的实力是最重要的问题，
毕竟，投资的目的是实现相对安全的高回报。
本文的目的是以对ABC公司的经营能力和投资风险分析，来为一般投资者寻
找和选择具有投资价值的企业做参考。ABC公司作为一家中国创业板上市公司来
说，公司欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司和经营数据比较健全，且公司处于二次创业投资转型的关键期，公
司创始人通过投资引进战略合作伙伴，获得转型所需要的核心技术，并让出企业
控制权，退居二线，通过对公司欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司和经营数据的研究，得出企业在二次创业投
资转型中的经营效果和变化情况，为投资人做出合理的投资和企业管理意见，以
推动企业转型成功和推出较为合理的投资管理决策作为参考。

Abstract
"Mass entrepreneurship and innovation" is an important speech delivered by
Premier Li Keqiang at the Summer Davos Forum in the summer of 2014, focusing on
launching "mass entrepreneurship" and "grassroots entrepreneurship" on China's 9.6
million square kilometers, forming a new trend of "mass innovation" and "innovation
by everyone".Moreover, at the first World Internet Conference, the Executive meeting
of The State Council and the 2015 government work report emphasized the keywords,
hoping to stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit and innovation ability of the domestic
people.
And to start a business and innovation,in addition to the efforts of entrepreneurs
and entrepreneurial teams,there is bound to be no less venture capital,venture capital
is also known as venture capital,the purpose is to promote the benign interaction
between capital and entrepreneurs,as entrepreneurs to obtain capital investment can
make their own business to get help,can be faster and more systematic
development;In addition to looking at the expected risks and potential benefits of the
project,the personal qualities of entrepreneurs and the strength of the startup team are
the most important concerns,after all, the purpose of investment is to achieve
relatively safe high returns.
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the operating ability and investment risk
of ABC companies to help general investors to find and choose enterprises with
investment value.ABC company as a Chinese gem listed companies, the company
data and business data, and the company in the critical period of secondary venture
capital transformation, company founder through investment introduction strategic
partners, transform the core technology, and enterprise control, retired, through the
study of company data and management data, the enterprise in the secondary venture
investment transformation, investors to make reasonable investment and enterprise
management opinions, to promote enterprise transformation success and launch more
reasonable investment management decision as a reference.
