Research on competitive strategy of JZ Bank Dalian Branch
Abstract
With the deepening of banking reform, city commercial banks have become an
indispensable part of China's financial institutions. Although city commercial banks have
problems in scale, overall capital, management strategy and development planning due to
historical and practical reasons, they have great advantages in financing support for small and
medium-sized enterprises, and play a positive role in accelerating the development of local
financial industry and promoting stable economic growth, making city commercial banks
become the key factor for the rapid development of China's financial market .Through the
description of the development status of Dalian Branch of Jinzhou bank and the analysis of its
business, this paper clarifies the problems existing in the company business of Dalian Branch of
Jinzhou bank, and clarifies the development direction and business strategy of Dalian Branch of
Jinzhou bank by analyzing the internal and external environment of Dalian Branch of Jinzhou
bank.
JZ Bank, in which ICBC and Cinda took a stake, stands at a new starting point and Capital
adequacy ratio has been greatly enhanced. Dalian branch is the leader of different branches,
undertaking the mission of exploring different business.
This paper first summarizes the core concepts and related theories of business strategy,
including the concept and related theories of business strategy core, strategic analysis methods
and business strategy selection. Secondly, this paper analyzes the operation status of Jinzhou
Bank Dalian Branch. This paper mainly introduces the basic situation of Jinzhou Bank Dalian
Branch, and discusses the problems existing in its development process. Thirdly, it analyzes the
internal and external environment and its own conditions of Jinzhou Bank Dalian branch by
PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. Finally, combined with the management strategy of
Jinzhou Bank Dalian Branch, the overall business strategy is formulated. The main competitive
strategy is differentiation strategy. In terms of products, services, brands and other aspects, we
should take specific measures to implement the bank's corporate business strategy, and put
forward safeguard suggestions for the implementation of the business strategy of Jinzhou Bank
Dalian Branch.
As a city commercial bank, Jinzhou Bank Dalian Branch has good brand advantages and
brand influence, and its business is similar to other city commercial banks in the autonomous
region. Therefore, the research on the corporate management strategy of Jinzhou Bank Dalian
