社会万象更新,经济迅猛发展,我国的教育培训欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司也乘着经济发展的春风 如雨后春笋逐渐发展壮大,近几年以来,教育培训欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司发展势头良好,呈现出百 家争鸣的良好发展局面,各大类型的培训机构层见迭出,数量快速攀升。但是, 现阶段的教育培训机构存在的问题诸多,其中最为严重的就是培训教师的离职问 题,他们所在的培训机构的正常教学工作因此受到了最为直接的影响,让企业在 运营发展的过程中遭受了严重的挫折。所以,对教育培训机构的教师的离职问题 进行研究分析,具有极大的现实意义,能够有效的指导企业如何提高自身的欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司 竞争力、促进企业的可持续发展。 本文选取JX教育培训机构为研究对象,从基本概念入手,通过对基础概念 进行分析,研究了与之相关的理论和模型,参考了西方在这一方面较为成熟的理 论研究及人才离职模型,最终,本次研究以员工的工作满意度作为切入点,探讨 工作满意度与员工的离职倾向的关系究竟如何。本文将国内外与工作满意度相关 的维度分析方法结合使用,研究分析后将工作满意度的研究维度划分为四个。在 研究过程中,主要使用了调查问卷的方法,然后利用 SPSS 软件把收集到的数 据进行分析,将分析所得结果与各个维度相对应,以量化分析方法研究探索维度 与离职的因果关联性,并此以为破解问题的具体点位,有针对性的提出了与之对 应的解决措施。 关键词:工作满意度;离职倾向;培训机构;影响因素;实证分析 昆明理工大学专业硕士学位论文 基于工作满意度的员工离职的影响研究 ——以JX教育培训机构为例 II Abstract With the rapid development of society and economy, China's education and training industry is also growing in the spring breeze of economic development. In recent years, the development momentum of education and training industry is good, showing a good development situation of hundreds of competitors. Various types of training institutions are emerging one after another, and the number is rising rapidly. However, there are many problems in the current education and training institutions, the most serious of which is the resignation of training teachers. The normal teaching work of the training institutions where they are will be most directly affected, so that enterprises will suffer serious setbacks and challenges in the process of operation and development. Therefore, it is of great significance to study and analyze why the teachers of education and training institutions leave their jobs. It can effectively improve the industry competitiveness of enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. This paper selects JX education and training institutions as the research object, starting with the basic concepts, through the analysis of the basic concepts, studies the relevant theories and models, and refers to the western mature theoretical research and brain drain model in this respect. Finally, what is the important factor in this research that will affect brain drain is to choose the job satisfaction, and then select the country The internal and external dimension analysis methods related to job satisfaction are used together. After research and analysis, the research dimensions of job satisfaction are divided into four. In the research process, we mainly use the method of questionnaire, and then use SPSS software to analyze the collected data. The results of the analysis correspond to each dimension. We use the quantitative analysis method to study the causal relationship between dimensions and turnover, and put forward the corresponding solutions for the specific points of solving the problem.
