伴随着经济及信息技术的不断发展，经济全球化和区域经济一体化程度进一步扩大，各国 之间生产要素的流动性进一步加强。物流业作为现代服务业的重要组成部分和国民经济的重要 支柱产业，在现代经济贸易中的地位越来越重要，被誉为“经济发展的加速器”。现代物流业在 国家调整产业结构、转变发展方式等宏观层面发挥的作用也不容小觑。为了RG港口物流业长 期可持续发展，对RG港物流园发展战略进行研究。 本文在大量阅读相关文献的基础上，研究了RG港口现代物园的内外部环境进行了研究， 找到了内部的优势和劣势，外部的机遇和威胁，通过SWOT方法，对战略进行了分析，找到了 战略定位。按照战略定位，进一步研究了战略目标，分为总体目标和阶段性目标。按照战略目 标，对战略业务单元进行了选择，包括了仓储业务、运输业务、流通加工业务、保税物流业务。 战略业务单元的选择必须有战略实施和保障措施。战略实施主要包括六个方面的内容：管理驱 动创新发展、招商拉动快速发展、资源联动集约发展、合作互动共赢发展、低碳促动生态发展、 强化增值服务发展。保障措施包括四个方面的内容：促进园区企业经营水平提升、加强整体的 信息化平台建设、强化人才的引进和培养、积极充分利用相关政策优势。最终，希望通过本文 的研究为其他相关港口物流园的发展战略研究提供一定的借鉴。 关键词：RG港口现代物流园，SWOT分析，发展战略，保障措施 RG港口现代物流园发展战略研究 II ABSTRACT Sincethebeginningofthe21stcentury,withthecontinuousimprovementofInternet-related technologies,economicglobalizationandregionaleconomicintegrationhavefurtherdeveloped,and themobilityofproductionfactorsamongcountrieshasbeenfurtherstrengthened.Asanimportant partofthemodernserviceindustryandanimportantpillarindustryoftheeconomy,thelogistics industryhasbecomemoreandmoreimportantinmoderneconomictradeandisknownasthe “acceleratorofeconomicdevelopment”.Theroleplayedbythemodernlogisticsindustryatthemacro levelofthecountry'sadjustmentofindustrialstructureandtransformationofdevelopmentmethods cannotbeunderestimated.Forthelong-termsustainabledevelopmentofRGPortLogisticsPark, researchonthedevelopmentstrategyofRGPortLogisticsPark. Basedonalargenumberofreadingrelatedliteratures,thispaperstudiesthedevelopmentstatus ofRGPortModernObjectParkandtheinternalandexternalenvironment.Theresearchonthestatus quobeginswiththeoverview,existingproblemsandcauses,andthemainresearchoninternaland externalenvironment.Analyzedthemacroenvironmentaswellasopportunities,challenges, advantagesanddisadvantages.Basedonthestatusquoofdevelopmentandtheanalysisofinternal andexternalenvironment,thedevelopmentstrategywasstudied.ThroughtheSWOTanalysisresults, thestrategicpositioningwasfurtherexplained.Accordingtothestrategicpositioning,thestrategic objectivesarefurtherstudiedanddividedintooverallgoalsandmilestones.Inaccordancewiththe strategicobjectives,thestrategicbusinessunitwasselected,includingwarehousing,transportation, distributionprocessing,andbondedlogistics.Theselectionofstrategicbusinessunitsmusthave strategicimplementationandsafeguardmeasures,andproposesafeguardmeasuresforstrategy implementationandstrategyimplementation.Theimplementationofthestrategymainlyincludessix aspects:management-driveninnovationdevelopment,investmentpromotionandrapiddevelopment, resourcelinkageandintensivedevelopment,cooperationandmutualbenefitdevelopment,lowcarbon topromoteecologicaldevelopment,andstrengtheningvalue-addedservicedevelopment.The safeguardmeasuresincludefouraspects:promotingtheimprovementoftheoperationlevelofthe parkenterprises,strengtheningtheoverallinformationplatformconstruction,strengtheningthe introductionandcultivationoftalents,andactivelymakingfulluseofrelevantpolicyadvantages.In theend,Ihopetoprovidesomereferenceforthedevelopmentstrategyresearchofotherrelatedport logisticsparksthroughtheresearchofthispaper.
