随着物联网、云计算、互联网的发展,移动网络发展迅猛,全球数据爆发式 增长,给通信产业带来巨大机会与挑战。近年来,传统电信运营商欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司一直是被 关注的焦点,其主要原因在人工智能、云计算、物联网、5G等新技术的冲击下, 作为运营商支柱的语音业务收益下滑日益加剧,在流量运营成为一个新的增长点 的同时,运营商被逐渐沦为流量管道,出现了严重的“增量不增收”。然而危机往 往意味着机遇,随着智能手机的普及和5G网络的到来,丰富的用户身份数据、语 音数据、视频数据、流量数据和位置数据,移动用户每一天在互联网上产生了极 为庞大的海量数据,使运营商具有经营大数据的先天优势,因此,互联网企业在 日常运营中生成的用户网络行为,形成的当下的“大数据”,抓住当前大数据的蓝 海商机,是运营商顺利实现转型、收入增长及形成核心竞争能力的必由之路。 虽然目前国内大数据发展速度快,但仍处于初级阶段,移动运营商大数据应 用主要集中在以下三个方面:首先是通过加大建设基础设施,为潜在的大数据、 云计算需求做准备,如中国移动、中国电信、中国联通,陆续在黑龙江、四川、 内蒙古等地加快大型云计算数据中心的建设;其次是创建大数据产品与第三方的 合作模式,寻求新盈利点,如以庞大的用户规模和行为特征为基础,通过大数据 技术,与金融欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司开展合作,设计金融反欺诈产品,在征信领域得以应用;三是 基于已构建的运营商大数据体系,打造信令分析系统,输出存量客户标签,在企 业内部实现精确化营销和精细化运营,针对客户、欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司、产品、服务等方面的分 析研究,以提高营销成功率。 国内运营商大数据应用虽然已初步步入轨道,却很难直接变现,产生大量现 金流。横观国内互联网企业,已成熟利用大数据形成收益,如阿里的数据魔方、 淘宝指数,都是基于用户行为轨迹,分析用户需求,提供增值服务,从而直接转 换为收入。运营商应如何借鉴互联网公司模式,整合电信大数据资源,开发增值 服务或应用,实现大数据价值变现,是当前急需借鉴的问题。在目前大数据技术 较为成熟的环境下,缺乏适合运营商业务模式的大数据应用及对应保障策略,是 主要制约移动运营商价值变现的主要因素。 本文以江西移动作为运营商代表进行研究,在相关大数据发展、技术、理论 背景下,基于企业发展战略,从大数据的国家政策支持、江西本地移动业务模式 出发,分析了当下江西移动大数据应用方面优势,并对基础大数据应用进行进一 步探讨及创新,为大数据价值变现摸索新的路径。创新模式主要为对内整合用户 行为特征,梳理市场、工建、网络等多线条数据孤岛,构建以小区为单元客户综 合服务体系模型,进一步实现精准营销目标;对外了解欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司客户未来发展方向, 2 运用大数据挖掘欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司内潜在应用需求,明确新的商业模式及产品,为欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司提供资 产定位和跟踪、金融防欺诈、户外广告评估、商圈热力图。同时紧跟社会变化, 将大数据输出至政府部门,为政府在交通规划、金融服务、旅游规划等方面提供 更多依据,提升公共服务效能,承担更多的社会责任。本文详细介绍了笔者作为 江西移动大数据应用项目经理,与团队共同在江西大数据应用方面的创新应用, 总结应用成果以及存在的不足,在现有的基础上面进一步提出保障措施,实现真 正意义上的运营商转型,支撑企业下一步发展。 关键词:运营商、大数据、运营策略 3 Abstract With the development of Internet of things, cloud computing and Internet, mobile network develops rapidly and global data explodes, bringing huge opportunities and challenges to the communication industry. Industry in recent years, the traditional telecom operators had been the focus of attention, the main reason in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, Internet of things, under the impact of new technologies, such as 5G, as operators pillar in voice business income increasing, the traffic operation to become a new growth point at the same time, the operator was gradually reduced to a flow pipe, a sharp "incremental income". Crisis often means opportunity, however, with the popularity of smartphones and the arrival of 5G, rich user identity data, voice and data, video data, traffic data and position data, mobile users each day has been extremely huge amounts of data on the Internet, make the operator has the congenital advantage of the management of big data, therefore, the Internet enterprise in daily operations generated user network behavior, formation of the "big data", seize the current big data of blue ocean opportunity, is operator, achieving transition and income growth and the only way to form core competitive ability. Although the current domestic large data development speed, but it is still in its infancy, mobile operators big data applications mainly concentrated in the following three aspects: the first is through increasing infrastructure, for potential big data and cloud computing needs to prepare, such as China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, successively in Heilongjiang, Sichuan, Inner Mongolia and other places to speed up the construction of the large cloud computing data center; Secondly, it is necessary to create a cooperation model between big data products and the third party to seek new profit points. For example, based on the huge user scale and behavior characteristics, it can cooperate with the financial industry through big data technology to design financial anti-fraud products, which can be applied in the field of credit investigation. Third, based on the established big data system of operators, build signaling analysis system, output the existing customer label, achieve accurate marketing and refined operation within the enterprise, and conduct analysis and research on customers, industries, products, services and other aspects, so as to improve the success rate of marketing. Although big data application of domestic operators has entered the track initially, it is difficult to realize directly and generate a large amount of cash flow. Domestic 4 Internet enterprises have made mature use of big data to generate revenue. For example, Ali's data cube and Taobao index are based on user behavior trajectory, analyze user needs, provide value-added services, and directly convert them into income. How should operators learn from the model of Internet companies, integrate telecom big data resources, develop value-added services or applications, and realize the value of big data? In the current environment where big data technology is relatively mature, the lack of big data application and corresponding guarantee strategies suitable for operators' business models is the main factor that restricts the realization of value of mobile operators. Through the research of this paper, taking Jiangxi mobile as a representative of the operators in the relevant data development, technology, theory background, based on the enterprise development strategy, from large data of national policy support, Jiangxi local mobile business model, the analysis of the current mobile big data applications in Jiangxi, and to further explore and innovation based on big data applications, as big data value to liquidate grope for a new path. The innovation mode mainly integrates user behavior characteristics internally, combs multi-line data islands such as market, industry and construction, and network, and builds a customer comprehensive service system model with the community as the unit, so as to further realize the target of precision marketing. Understand the future development direction of industry customers externally, make use of the potential application demand of big data mining industry, define new business models and products, and provide the industry with asset positioning and tracking, financial fraud prevention, outdoor advertising evaluation, and business circle heat map. At the same time, keep abreast of social changes, export big data to government departments, provide more basis for the government in transportation planning, financial services, tourism planning and other aspects, improve the efficiency of public services, and assume more social responsibilities. Is introduced in detail in this paper the author as a project manager of Jiangxi mobile big data applications, together with the team in Jiangxi innovative applications of big data applications, summed up the application and the shortage of further security measures are put forward on the basis of existing, realize the transformation of operators in the true sense, support enterprise development next step.
