作为传统基础性化石能源资源,煤炭曾为世界各国的产业成长、经济发展 与社会进步提供了不竭动力和重要推动作用,在人类社会的发展和进步史上留 下了光辉灿烂的一页。尽管蒙古国也蕴藏丰富的煤炭资源,但煤炭工业发展相 对较晚,产业基础相对薄弱,在国民经济中所占比重相对较低。伴随21世纪 以来全球经济的快速发展,蒙古国以资源为主的各欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司开始快速发展,其中采 矿业发展最为迅猛。基于此背景,蒙古国经济也呈现迅猛发展态势,国家现代 化建设和城市化进程稳步推进,煤炭、电力、冶金、化工协同发展,为蒙古国 经济打下坚实基础。但长期以来蒙古国煤炭欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司存在低水平、小规模、高污染、 高耗能的问题,在当前生态环境重于经济发展的理念下,蒙古国煤炭企业如何 调整战略以顺应发展趋势,已成为重要的战略问题。 本文以蒙古国SHIVEE-OVOO公司为研究对象,基于企业成长理论、资源基 础理论、发展战略理论以及竞争战略理论等相关理论,首先在概述公司发展现 状的基础上,剖析提出了SHIVEE-OVOO公司存在的主要问题;然后运用PEST 模型、五种竞争力模型等分析工具,分析了SHIVEE-OVOO公司所面临的外部宏 观环境与欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司环境,归纳提出公司发展面临的机会与威胁,并通过辨析公司内 部资源与能力条件得到SHIVEE-OVOO公司自身的优势与劣势;之后综合运用 SWOT分析工具,研究得出蒙古国SHIVEE-OVOO公司应选择以现有产业链为主的 扭转型发展战略,并以成本领先竞争战略应对市场竞争,从升级工艺设备提高 II 产能、强化议价能力降低采购成本、提高综合利用率节能降耗入手,实现竞争 优势;最后提出与战略相匹配的保障措施。通过本文研究,希望对蒙古国 SHIVEE-OVOO公司明晰未来发展战略方向及重点提供决策参考,并为蒙古国煤 炭欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司其它企业的发展给予参考借鉴。 关键词:煤炭产业;SHIVEE-OVOO公司;发展战略;竞争战略;SWOT分析 III RESEARCHONTHEDEVELOPMENTSTRATEGYOF MONGOLIANSHIVEE-OVOOCOMPANY ABSTRACT Asatraditionalbasicfossilenergyresource,coalhasprovidedinexhaustible powerandanimportantimpetustotheindustrialgrowth,economicdevelopmentand socialprogressofcountriesaroundtheworld,leavingagloriouspageinthehistory ofthedevelopmentandprogressofhumansociety.AlthoughMongoliaisalsorichin coalresources,thecoalindustryhasdevelopedrelativelylate,theindustrial foundationisrelativelyweak,anditsshareinthenationaleconomyisrelativelylow. Withtherapiddevelopmentoftheglobaleconomysincethe21stcentury,various resource-basedindustriesinMongoliahavebeguntodeveloprapidly,withthe miningindustrydevelopingmostrapidly.Basedonthisbackground,Mongolia's economyisalsoshowingrapiddevelopment.Thecountry'smodernizationand urbanizationaresteadilyadvancing.Thecoordinateddevelopmentofcoal,electricity, metallurgyandchemicalindustryhaslaidasolidfoundationforMongolia'seconomy. However,foralongtime,thecoalindustryinMongoliahasproblemsoflowlevel, smallscale,highpollution,andhighenergyconsumption.Underthecurrent ecologicalenvironmentismoreimportantthaneconomicdevelopment,howtoadjust IV thestrategyofMongoliancoalenterprisestoconformtothedevelopmenttrendhas becomeimportant.Strategicissues. ThisarticletakesMongolianSHIVEE-OVOOcompanyastheresearchobject, basedonenterprisegrowththeory,resource-basedtheory,developmentstrategy theoryandcompetitionstrategytheoryandotherrelatedtheories.First,onthebasis ofsummarizingthecompany'sdevelopmentstatus,itanalyzesandproposesthe existenceofSHIVEE-OVOOcompany.Themainproblems;thenusethePEST model,fivecompetitivenessmodelsandotheranalysistoolstoanalyzetheexternal macroenvironmentandindustryenvironmentfacedbySHIVEE-OVOOcompany, summarizetheopportunitiesandthreatsfacedbythecompany’sdevelopment,and analyzethecompany’sinternalresourcesToobtaintheadvantagesand disadvantagesofSHIVEE-OVOOcompanyandtheabilityconditions;afterwards,by comprehensivelyusingSWOTanalysistools,itisfoundthattheSHIVEE-OVOO companyinMongoliashouldchooseareversaldevelopmentstrategybasedonthe existingindustrychain,andleadthecompetitionbycostStrategiesrespondtomarket competition,startingwithupgradingprocessequipmenttoincreaseproduction capacity,strengtheningbargainingpowertoreduceprocurementcosts,andincreasing overallutilizationtosaveenergyandreduceconsumptiontoachieveacompetitive advantage;andfinallyputforwardsafeguardsthatmatchthestrategy.Throughthe researchofthisarticle,Ihopetoprovidedecision-makingreferenceforMongolia's SIVEE-OVOOcompanytoclarifyitsfuturedevelopmentstrategicdirectionand V focus,andgivereferenceforthedevelopmentofotherenterprisesinMongolia'scoal industry.
