I 摘要 我国当下房地产欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司竞争越来越激烈,房地产企业若要取得更大的竞争优 势,需要不断的规范管理,提高员工的工作激情,明确工作目标并提高工作的 积极性、主动性与创造性。 本文基于期望理论、目标设定理论的内容,综合运用了文献分析、访谈以 及调查问卷等相关方法,围绕国内外绩效管理相关研究成果,对HY房地产公 司员工绩效管理问题进行调研与分析,发现公司绩效管理存在一定的问题。接 着,运用访谈以及调查问卷等方法,收集了HY房地产公司内大量的第一手信 息欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司,并提出了基于BSC方法的框架来构建HY房地产公司绩效管理改进方 案,明确了改进的目标与原则,并分别从引入BSC必要性与可行性进行分析, 在绩效评价体系的构建、绩效考核指标的内容、绩效考核指标权重设计以及绩 效考核结果的运用方面,系统性地落实了具体的改进策略。最后,针对这些存 在问题的提出绩效优化方案及保障措施来改善和优化HY房地产公司的绩效管 理体系,并从组织管理保障、制度化保障以及信息化保障等角度,巩固了HY 房地产公司绩效管理改进实施,完成了本论文的研究。 本文的研究成果,对HY房地产公司的绩效管理起到了积极的影响作用, 对公司的绩效管理决策提供了参考与借鉴,并为我国房地产其它企业实施绩效 管理方案提供一些必要的管理启示。 关键词:房地产企业;HY房地产公司;BSC;KPI;绩效管理; abstract II ABSTRACT Thecompetitionofrealestateindustryinourcountryisbecomingmoreand morefierce.Ifrealestateenterpriseswanttoobtaingreatercompetitiveadvantage, theyneedtoconstantlystandardizemanagement,improvethestaff'sworkpassion, clarifytheworkgoalandimprovetheenthusiasm,initiativeandcreativityofthe work.
