随着国家层面逐渐开始重视信息化建设,大数据、云计算、人工智能等热点技术在 各个欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的应用日益广泛和成熟。工业信息化的不断推进、客户需求的逐渐多样、多参 与者模式的日益成熟,使得机电安装欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司面临一系列严峻挑战。机电安装业务是针对石 油化工、市政环保和海洋模块化建造等领域的机电安装服务,具有服务对象广泛、施工 环境复杂多变、安装后期维护周期长等特点。面对诸多挑战,机电安装企业必须重视信 息化建设,而物资信息共享将成为机电安装企业精细化管理的重要研究方向。研究该问 题能为机电安装企业的管理者提供数据和理论依据,在实际生产建设中对机电安装企业 在降低运营成本、提高企业竞争力等方面具有现实指导意义。 本文基于互联网时代背景,综合运用文献研究法、专家访谈法、SWOT分析、IFE 内部因素评价矩阵分析等研究方法进行分析。以“互联网”、“机电安装企业”、“物 资信息共享”等为关键词,对国内外信息共享应用分析的相关文献进行了研究和整理, 并对机电安装企业G公司的内外部状况进行具体分析。对G公司高管人员、机电安装 欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司专家进行访谈,并对G公司内物资部门和工程部门进行实际调查,深入了解本文中 所要分析的案例。 通过对机电安装企业G公司物资信息共享存在问题的分析,发现机电安装企业G 公司在物资信息共享问题面临着企业内部及企业与企业间信息不对称、物资信息管理团 队薄弱、缺少全寿命周期信息管理以及信息共享成本高等四方面主要问题,接着分析问 题产生的根源,结合G公司的机电安装企业特点,建议G公司采取打通公司内外部渠 道,打造高质量的信息管理团队,建立项目全寿命周期制度,降低信息共享成本等方法 来解决相应问题,并希望以G公司的现实例子为依托为机电安装企业物资信息共享提供 理论依据,未来能够将物资信息共享向整个机电安装欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司内推广。 关键词:互联网,机电安装企业,物资信息共享 III ABSTRACT With the national level gradually starting to attach importance to the construction of information technology, the application of hot technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence in various industries has become increasingly widespread and mature. The continuous advancement of industrial informatization, the gradual diversification of customer needs, and the maturity of the multi-participant model have made the electromechanical installation industry face a series of severe challenges. The electromechanical installation business is an electromechanical installation service for the fields of petrochemicals, municipal environmental protection and marine modular construction. It has a wide range of service objects, a complex and variable construction environment, and a long period of maintenance during the installation period. Facing many challenges, mechanical and electrical installation enterprises must attach importance to information construction, and material information sharing will become an important research direction for fine management of mechanical and electrical installation enterprises. Studying this problem can provide data and theoretical basis for the managers of electromechanical installation enterprises, and it has practical guiding significance for the electromechanical installation enterprises to reduce operating costs and improve their competitiveness in actual production and construction. Based on the background of the Internet era, this paper comprehensively uses research methods such as literature research method, expert interview method, SWOT analysis, and IFE internal factor evaluation matrix analysis. With the keywords of "Internet", "mechanical and electrical installation enterprises", "material information sharing", etc., the related literatures on the analysis of information sharing applications at home and abroad were studied and sorted out, and the internal and external conditions of the company G, an electromechanical installation enterprise, were detailed analysis. Interviews with company G executives, mechanical and electrical installation industry experts, and actual investigations into the material and engineering departments of company G to understand the cases to be analyzed in this article. Through the analysis of the material information sharing problem of G company, a mechanical and electrical installation company, it was found that company G, which is an electromechanical installation IV company, faces the problem of information asymmetry within the company and between enterprises, the weak material information management team, and lack of life cycle information. Management and the high cost of information sharing are the four main issues, and then analyze the root causes of the problem. Combining with the characteristics of G's electromechanical installation company, it is recommended that G company should open up the internal and external channels of the company, build a high-quality information management team, and establish the project life cycle System, reduce the cost of information sharing, etc. to solve the corresponding problems, and hope to provide theoretical basis for the material information sharing of electromechanical installation enterprises based on the actual examples of company G. In the future, the material information sharing can be promoted to the entire electromechanical installation industry.
