随着信息科技的不断进步,大数据、物联网和人工智能得到长足的发展,企 业的信息化建设也逐渐成长起来。SP集团作为老牌市属国有化工企业,信息化 建设投入不足且分散,在管理方面尤其突出。在近年来越来越多的企业逐步转向 信息化的背景下,SP集团传统的信息化管理理念已经成为阻碍集团公司发展的 重要因素。基于此,论文将系统研究SP集团信息化升级战略,为该集团的可持 续发展提供技术支撑。 论文由四部分组成。首先,综述了相关文献,梳理了经典的战略管理理论和 信息化理论。其次,在充分调研的基础上,研究了SP集团信息化发展存在的问 题与成因。通过深度了解和调研搜集SP集团的一手信息,了解SP集团信息化 现状。系统分析了SP集团面临的信息化问题;环境污染的治理力度越来越大, 要求也越来越高;主要产品醋酸作为大宗化工原材料,其品质要求和个性化需求 也越来越明显;生产装置工艺流程急需改进以降低能耗、提高产品品质;管理模 式陈旧,效率低下。基于此,SP集团的信息化升级战略的重点与生产流程密切 相关。第三,运用战略管理的理论知识,确定公司信息化战略方向,结合SP集 团的具体资源现状,提出具有可操作性的实施路径。运用SWOT等战略分析工 具,确定信息化战略方向,解决企业生产和管理的数据利用不充分而引致的低效 以及环境问题等。最后,论文提出了确保SP集团信息化升级战略实施的保障措 施。 关键词:信息化,战略研究,SOWT,价值链 江苏大学工商管理硕士(MBA)学位论文 II ABSTRACT With the continuous progress of information technology, big data, the Internet of things and artificial intelligence have made great progress, and the information construction of enterprises has gradually grown up. SP group, as an old municipal state-owned chemical enterprise, has insufficient and scattered investment in information construction, especially in management. In recent years, with more and more enterprises turning to information technology, the traditional information management concept of SP group has become an important factor hindering the development of the group company. Based on this, this paper will systematically study the upgrading strategy of SP group, and provide technical support for the sustainable development of SP group. The thesis consists of four parts.First of all, this paper summarizes the relevant literature, combing the classic strategic management theory and information theory. Secondly, on the basis of full investigation, this paper studies the problems and causes of SP group's informatization development. Through in-depth understanding and research to collect the first-hand information of SP group, understand the current situation of SP group informatization. This paper systematically analyzes the informatization problems SP group is facing. The treatment of environmental pollution is becoming more and more powerful and demanding. As a large amount of chemical raw materials, acetic acid, the main product, has more and more obvious quality requirements and personalized requirements. The process flow of production equipment needs to be improved urgently to reduce energy consumption and improve product quality. The management mode is old and inefficient. Based on this, the focus of SP group's information upgrading strategy is closely related to the production process. Third, using the theoretical knowledge of strategic management to determine the strategic direction of the company's informatization, combined with the specific resource status of SP group, put forward an operational implementation path. Use SWOT and other strategic analysis tools to determine the strategic direction of informatization, and solve the low efficiency and environmental problems caused by the inadequate use of data in production and management. Finally, the paper puts forward the guarantee measures to ensure the implementation of SP group's information upgrading strategy.
