近几十年来,中国经济进入快速发展阶段,但是受前期粗放式管理等局限性理念 影响,经济发展同时带来了严重的生态环境污染问题。在保护环境,构建健康可持续 发展经济的理念指导下,政府出台了一系列生态环境保护预防监督治理政策。受政策 和利益影响,我国环保产业2018年就已经突破万亿大关。为了快速抢占市场,很多小 型环保公司在没有充分准备的情况下就仓促成立。其中营收在40000万以下的中小型 环保产业公司数量占总数量的95.6%。受经验、管理能力限制,很多中小型环保企业 出现了战略管理问题,这给企业的后续发展埋下隐患。 ZC环保设备集团就是一家在这个环境下成立的典型中小环保企业。企业管理者在 意识到自身缺陷后,开始积极寻找解决办法,希望能修正企业发展方向,解决当前企 业问题,保障企业能够健康可持续发展。 本文利用PEST分析法对环保产业的社会环境、经济环境、技术环境和政治环境进 行分析来预测该欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司发展趋势。然后通过对目标企业所在欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司内现有竞争者的竞争能 力、潜在竞争者进入的能力、替代品的替代能力、供应商的讨价还价能力和购买者的 讨价还价能力进行分析,梳理确定欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司内的竞争环境。再通过SWOT分析对企业自身 的优劣势进行分析,尤其对其内部资源分析,确认企业的外部机会、威胁以及内部优 势、劣势,降低风险、把握机会,帮助企业制定合适的企业战略模式。最后对企业的 战略模式进行剖析,提出合理化实施建议。文中对目标企业股东大多数来自海外华人 这一特点进行深入分析,是本文研究的创新之处。着重研究分析受新冠疫情影响,国 际国内经济发展放缓,在国家鼓励内外双循环的特殊环境下,结合环保产业特点,更 大发挥海外华人优势。在解决目标企业存在的具体问题同时,研究海外通报如何以环 保市场为落脚点,以振兴国家经济为己任,兼顾企业利益,承担社会责任,扩大外资 投入,引入海外先进环保技术,缓解欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司疫情影响,优化完善企业管理方式,提高企 业核心竞争力。探索后疫情背景下,环保产业快速健康可持续发展的新环保产业模式。 鼓励海外同胞以更大的热情投入祖国建设,为加速民族复兴添砖加瓦。 关键词:中小型企业,战略模式,新冠疫情,新环保产业模式,海外华人 山东建筑大学硕士学位论文 II ABSTRACT Inrecentdecades.China'seconomyhasenteredastageofrapiddevelopment. However,influencedbylimitedconceptssuchasextensivemanagementintheearlystage, economicdevelopmenthasalsobroughtseriousecologicalenvironmentalpollution problems.Undertheguidanceoftheconceptofprotectingtheenvironmentandbuildinga healthyandsustainableeconomy,thegovernmenthasissuedaseriesofpolicieson prevention,supervisionandmanagementofecologicalandenvironmentprotection.Under theinfluenceofpoliciesandinterests,China'senvironmentalprotectionindustryhasalready exceededthetrillionmarkin2018.Inordertograbthemarketquickly,manysmall environmentalprotectioncompaniesarehastilysetupwithoutadequatepreparation.Among them,thenumberofsmallandmedium-sizedenvironmentalprotectionindustrycompanies withrevenuebelow400millionaccountedfor95.6%ofthetotalnumber.Limitedby experienceandmanagementability,manysmallandmedium-sizedenvironmentalprotection enterpriseshavestrategicmanagementproblemswhichwilllayhiddendangersforthe subsequentdevelopmentofenterprises. ZCenvironmentalprotectionequipmentgroupisatypicalsmallandmedium-sized environmentalprotectionenterpriseestablishedinthisenvironment.Afterrealizingtheir owndefects,enterprisemanagersbegantoactivelyseeksolutions,hopingtocorrectthe developmentdirectionoftheenterprise,solvethecurrententerpriseproblems,andensurethe healthyandsustainabledevelopmentoftheenterprise. ThispaperUSESPESTanalysismethodtoanalyzethesocialenvironment,economic environment,technicalenvironmentandpoliticalenvironmentoftheenvironmental protectionindustrytopredictthedevelopmenttrendoftheindustry.Then,throughthe analysisofthecompetitivenessofexistingcompetitors,theabilityofpotentialcompetitorsto entertheindustry,theabilityofsubstitutes,thebargainingpowerofsuppliersandpurchasers, thecompetitiveenvironmentintheindustryisdetermined.ThroughSWOTanalysis,the advantagesanddisadvantagesoftheenterpriseitselfareanalyzed,especiallytheinternal resourcesanalysis,toconfirmtheexternalopportunitiesandthreats,aswellastheinternal 山东建筑大学硕士学位论文 III advantagesanddisadvantagesoftheenterprise,reducerisks,seizeopportunities,andhelp theenterprisetoformulateappropriatecorporatestrategicmodel.Finally,thestrategicmodel oftheenterpriseisanalyzedandreasonableimplementationsuggestionsareputforward. Thispapermakesanin-depthanalysisofthecharacteristicsthatmostoftheshareholdersof thetargetenterprisesarefromoverseasChinese,whichistheinnovationofthisstudy.This paperfocusesontheresearchandanalysisoftheslowdownininternationalanddomestic economicdevelopmentcausedbycoVID-19,inthespecialenvironmentwherethecountry encouragesinternalandexternaldualcirculation,combinedwiththecharacteristicsofthe environmentalprotectionindustry,togivegreaterplaytotheadvantagesofoverseasChinese. Inordertosolvethespecificproblemsofthetargetenterprises,itisnecessarytostudyhow totaketheenvironmentalprotectionmarketasthefoothold,therevitalizationofthenational economyasitsownduty,takeintoaccounttheinterestsofenterprises,undertakesocial responsibilities,expandforeigninvestment,introduceoverseasadvancedenvironmental protectiontechnology,alleviatetheimpactofindustrialepidemic,optimizeandimprovethe enterprisemanagementmode,andimprovethecorecompetitivenessofenterprises.Under thebackgroundofpostepidemicsituation,thenewenvironmentalprotectionindustrymodel ofrapid,healthyandsustainabledevelopmentofenvironmentalprotectionindustrywas explored.OverseasChineseareencouragedtodevotegreaterenthusiasmtotheconstruction ofthemotherlandandcontributetotheaccelerationofnationalrejuvenation.
