在现代化的企业管理中,企业发展战略扮演了十分重要的角色,与企业
各个阶段的发展密不可分。本文将从黑龙江省的经济、社会、政治和环保市
场几个方面出发,应用现代企业管理思想,研究万里环保公司在黑龙江省垃
圾处理产业的发展战略。
首先,对万里环保公司基本情况和面临的问题、欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司特点进行描述,使
用 PEST 分析法对万里环保公司的一般外部环境进行了分析,包括政治环境、
经济环境、社会环境和技术环境,还对垃圾处理市场前景和产业结构进行了
预测。在此基础上,通过外部环境机会与威胁的分析,得出了万里环保公司
外部环境机会大于威胁的结论。
其次,利用 SWOT 分析矩阵,系统分析了万里环保公司的自身优势和存
在劣势,其外部的机会与威胁,更加坚定了企业以发展型战略为主导,以一
体化经营战略为辅助的战略发展方向。
最后,为了实现万里环保公司业务发展战略,重点选择公司业务发展战
略的实施路径,包开建立业务关系、项目技术升级、多种经营模式并进、新
市场开发等。在选择好业务发展路径的基础上,提出相应的实施举措,通过
改善业务流程,加强技术合作,合理配置资源,完善人才机构,延伸业务发
展链条等方式,逐步实现万里环保公司的业务发展战略。

Abstract
In order to achieve sustainable development, the Chinese government has
been increasing emphasis on environmental protection work, the environmental
protection industry in China will greet the new opportunities. To the Wan Li
environmental protection Company(hereinafter referred to as the Wan Li
Company)which mainly engages in solid waste disposal, how to formulate
suitable development strategy, constantly improve the overall strength of the
enterprise, fast-predict the market trend, make the enterprise can take advantage
of the new development in this moment that the environmental protection market
is filled with new challenges and new opportunities, is the most important issue
that the enterprises need to pay attention to.
In modern business management, the business development strategy plays a
key character, and is inalienable with every steps of the enterprise. This
dissertation will start from the economic, society, politics and environmental
market of Heilongjiang Province, using modern theory of the enterprise
management, to study the development strategy of Wan Li Company in the waste
disposal industry.
Firstly, the general developing situation and questions of the Wan Li
Company are described, also with its trade characteristics. Then, PEST is used to
analysis the outside environment of the Wan Li Company, including politics,
economy, society and technology. Afterwards, the foreground and structure of the
waste disposal market are predicted. By way of analysis with outside
environment chances and threatens, the conclusion that the outside environment
chances which the Wan Li Company facing is more than threatens is reached
Next, used SWOT matrix tool to analysis the Wan Li Company's internal
environmental factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors
(opportunities and threats) for the matching analysis, suggested that
growth-oriented strategy(SO strategy) mainly to the diversification strategy (ST
strategy), supplemented by the development of strategic direction.
Once more, Wan Li company to ensure the overall development strategy to
achieve, focusing on choose the path of implementation of the strategy of
