在经济全球化的背景下,很多中国企业一直期望进入欧洲市场开展国际业务, 以华为公司为代表的中国企业较早进入欧洲进行市场拓展,华为公司在欧洲的二十 年国际化发展中取得了显著成绩,但也经历了很多磨难。纵观华为公司在欧洲的国 际化发展情况,分析其在欧洲发展面临的外部环境、内部资源和条件,对华为公司 欧洲发展战略进行深入研究,对中国企业顺利进入欧洲市场起到重要的参考意义。 在此背景下,本文采用理论联系实际,运用国际化战略相关理论和战略管理分析 工具,结合华为公司在欧洲发展的实际情况,把华为公司欧洲发展战略作为主要研 究对象,运用 SWOT 战略分析工具,分析当前环境下华为公司欧洲发展战略的备选方 案,并运用定量战略计划矩阵分析方法,评价出华为公司欧洲发展战略的备选方案, 归纳总结出华为公司在今后一段时期最适合选择欧洲整合战略,并制定出这一战略 的主要内容、实施措施和实施保障。在此基础上,本文总结了华为公司欧洲发展对 我国企业的一些启示:企业的国际化发展离不开自主的研发创新,要在目标国家市 场给予持续性投入;借鉴跨国公司在国际市场上成功的商业模式,降低自身拓展国 际市场的进入成本和市场风险;建立属于自己的全球化生产网络,并努力实现与本 地能力的战略整合。 作为一家全球化国际企业,华为公司在欧洲发展中选择欧洲整合战略,实现其 全球生产网络与本地能力战略整合的经验,值得中国企业在进行国际化发展时好好 借鉴。 关键词:华为公司,国际化战略,欧洲整合战略,研发创新MBA 学位论文 作者:邢飞舞 华为公司欧洲发展战略研究 III RESEARCH ON THE EUROPEAN DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF HUAWEI Abstract In the context of economic globalization, many Chinese companies have expected to enter Europe to carry out international business. Chinese enterprises represented by Huawei have been expanding the European market earlier. Huawei has made remarkable achievements in the European development for 20 years, but it has also experienced many hardships. Through a comprehensive survey of Huawei's internationalization development in Europe, this paper analyzes the external environment, internal resources and conditions facing Huawei's European development, and makes an in-depth study of Huawei's European development strategy, which is of great significant reference for Chinese enterprises to enter the European market smoothly. In this background, this paper uses the international strategy related theory and strategic management analysis tools, combined with actual situation of Huawei's European development. Taking Huawei's European development strategy as the main research object, and SWOT strategy analysis tool is used to analyze the alternatives of Huawei's European development strategy under the current environment, and quantitative strategic plan matrix analysis method is used to evaluate the alternatives of European development strategy. This paper summarizes that Huawei company in the next period is most suitable for European integration strategy choice, and work out the main content of this strategy, implementation measures and implementation guarantee. On this basis, this paper summarizes some enlightenment of Huawei's European development strategy to Chinese enterprises: the internationalization development of enterprises cannot be separated from independent R&D innovation, and continuous investment should be enforced in the target region market; Learn from the successful business model of multinational companies in the international market to reduce the entry cost and market risk of international market expansion. Establish your own global production network and strive to achieve strategic integration with local capabilities.
