：随着我国产业结构升级，高新技术企业在我国经济发展中的 比重也越来越大，但是由于高新技术企业所具有的高风险性等特点， 其在金融市场上的融资问题一直都没有得到很好地解决，尤其是在高 新技术企业发展的初级阶段，融资问题更加严重。资金瓶颈已经成为 影响我国高新技术企业发展的重要因素。 本文以中小型民营高新技术企业“广东天地达科技发展有限公司” 的融资为研究对象，分析其融资现状和问题，并提出了融资实施方案， 主要研究内容包括如下几个方面：第一部分，绪论。介绍本文的研究 背景、意义以及国内外研究现状，并简要介绍本文的研究方法和内容。 第二部分，相关理论概述。简要介绍高新技术的定义、内涵以及融资 特点和问题。第三部分，天地达科技发展有限公司融资现状和问题分 析。主要分析天地达科技发展有限公司当前融资的现状及存在的问题。 第四部分，天地达科技发展有限公司融资方案。确定三个时期的融资 渠道和融资方案实施。第五部分，天地达科技发展有限公司融资策略 完善。针对融资现状和问题，提出融资策略的完善措施。第六部分， 研究结论。总结本文的研究内容和存在不足之处。 通过本文的研究，希望对广东天地达科技发展有限公司，及其同 类型中小高新技术企业的融资活动，提供一定的指导借鉴作用。 II 关键词：高新技术企业；融资渠道选择；融资渠道；融资策略 III RESEARCH ON THE FINANCING STRATEGY OF GUANGDONG TIANDIIDA SCIENCE ANDTECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT CO ,LTD Xiaojun Su (MBA) Directed by Dongsheng Xiao Abstract ：With the upgrading of China's industrial structure, the proportion of high-tech enterprises in China's economic development is also growing. However, due to the high-risk characteristics of high-tech enterprises, their financing problems in the financial market have not been well solved, especially in the primary stage of the development of high-tech enterprises, the financing problems are more serious. Capital bottleneck has become an important factor affecting the development of high-tech enterprises in China. This paper takes the first financing of small and medium-sized private high-tech enterprise Tiandi technology company as the research object, analyzes its financing status and problems, and puts forward the financing implementation plan. The main research contents include the following aspects.
