随着互联网大数据的发展,油田生产管理也逐渐向智能方向迈进。因此P-AI油水 井智能专家管理平台应运而生,它在D采油厂的生产管理中,实现了记录油水井的开发 状况并通过报表统计记录各项生产参数。但目前在各基层采油队使用过程和分析数据 时,还是大量依靠人工来完成统计数据、查找问题,效率低下,因此,在生产管理中, 急需智能、便捷的手段来减轻统计查询工作量,实现自动化、更新管理观念来满足企业 发展的需求,实现效益最大化至关重要。应用P-AI油水井智能专家管理平台从全方位、 多方面提高企业管理水平,成为一项便利、快捷的管理工具,赢得更多的油田企业的重 视及推广。 首先对P-AI油水井智能专家管理平台进行了总体介绍,对比国内外油水井管理平 台的文献研究,分析了当前D采油厂的油水井管理基本现状。其次,以油田生产为载体, 采取深入基层调研同时参考油田生产管理相关文献,结合P-AI管理平台在D采油厂生 产中的实际应用,总结出P-AI管理平台在D采油厂生产管理中存在诸多管理问题,例 如软硬件设施管理方面有待升级、员工操作综合素质提高、业务流程规范性差、管理权 限分级风险、功能设计不完善、油田生产数据加密等级低、数据应用无法在生产管理中 得到充分发挥。最后,针对这些问题进行分析并提出了改进P-AI管理平台软硬件升级 措施,规范P-AI管理平台的业务流程、合理分配人员分工、操作管理平台权限规避系 统风险、改进新增业务功能,将生产数据进行安全升级,在D采油厂从实际操作中提升 P-AI管理平台的技术水平和应用广泛性,并针对其他智能软件带来可操作性的借鉴意 义。 关键词:油水井智能专家管理平台;油田生产;智能化; 东北石油大学MBA学位论文 III Research on Management Problems in Application of Intelligent Expert Platform for Oil and Water Wells in an Oil Production Plant ABSTRACT With the change of The Times and the development of science and technology, oilfield production management is also stepping forward to the direction of intelligence.Therefore, the P-AI intelligent expert management platform for oil and water wells came into being. It recorded the development status of oil and water wells and recorded various production parameters through report statistics in the production management of an oil production plant. However,at present,when using the process and analyzing the data, the grass-roots oil production teams still rely heavily on manpower to complete statistical data and find problems,which is inefficient. Therefore, in production management, intelligent and convenient means are urgently needed to reduce the statistical query workload, realize automation,update management concepts to meet the needs of enterprise development, and realize maximum benefits. The correct implementation of the P-AI management platform to comprehensively improve the level of operation and management, to create and win market competitiveness,has been more and more oilfield enterprises attach great importance to and promote the application. Firstly,the paper gives a general introduction to the P-AI oil and water well intelligent expert management platform,compares the research and application status of oil and water well management platforms at home and abroad,and analyzes the current basic status of oil and water well management in an oil production plant. Secondly,taking oil field production as a carrier,and combining with the actual application of P-AI management platform in the production of an oil production plant,this paper summarizes many management problems existing in the production management of a oil production plant,and finally,analyzes these problems and puts forward measures to improve the software and hardware upgrade of P-AI management platform. improving new business functions,carrying out safety upgrade of production data and other specific and perfect suggestions,so as to truly enhance the application capability of the P-AI management platform in the production management of an oil production plant and bring operability reference significance to other intelligent software.
